Nothing really! It's just such a brilliant product, we've structured out business on this platform because it is so essential to excellence.

We work with heavily regulated customers who need prompt and consistent IT support, NinjaOne lets us operate their IT stack securely and without friction. It ensures we provide frictionless IT services to customers who need IT to work, all day every day. It's also helped us grow our business as the value-offering is so self-evident.
User-friendly and comprehensive solution for remote management and monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and non-compiled application. Supports multiple operating systems, saves us enormous time, no more travel to the surrounding locations necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
More possibilities desired with Apple products, but already made significant progress last year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One has all the important tools in one central location (network monitoring, patch management, software distribution, remote access, documentation, etc.). All the information we need is always quickly accessible. Additionally, new features and improvements are constantly being added.
Awesome RMM
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, community support is very good. They are building new features into it every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The patching isnt great. Lags behind Microsofts own intune etc.

It helps us manage 2000 desktops with ease. Its very fast.
It made managing endpoints so much simpler for our team
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super clean and fast. Remote access, patching, and alerts all work smoothly. Support is responsive, and onboarding was quick. It just works well without being complicated.

Would be nice to have more report customization

It saves us time with patching, alerts, and remote access, and helps us respond to issues faster without switching tools.
Very useful, expansive tool.
What do you like best about the product?
A really strong tool with plenty of automation options and the ability to add your own in too. has helped us shave off a lot of manual hours and automate the workflows of our business. would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes very select issues can happen. For example, a machine has ben flagged for no updates but the machine also has no updates to run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the maintenance is fantastic with the size of our business and ease of pushing software to endpoint is very good too
New to NinjaOne but loving it already
What do you like best about the product?
Simple deployment, simple to configure but with granular options makes deployment simple and easy. Also the continuous development is great and new features released all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
No support for 365 Global Admin with QuickConnect, although we have been told its on its way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has helped improve our patching and monitoring greatly, as our previous solution was clunky and outdated
An absolute night and day positive difference compared to other industry leading RMM tools.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the simplicity and intuitive nature of it's design and development. Out of the box it is so easy to use and navigate and you just know how it works with very little time needed to learn it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly they are always making improvements. It's hard to say that it doesn't have what an RMM tool should. Though the reporting could be a bit better in robustness of data and versatility of report construction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The NinjaOne development team have really been on top of their game when it comes to updating and refining the NinjaOne RMM tool. One of the biggest hurdles for us has been change management processes and tracking of actions. NinjaOne has such an easy to use, access, and follow stream of actions taken for every endpoint that goes back to the endpoints onboarding (as far as I have seen) so auditing of machine changes and software installs and user logins has been absolutely wonderful and really aids us in the change management logging process.
Brilliant RMM tool that eases daily work, provides an overview, and improves billing
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a customer of NinjaOne since 2018 and I am thrilled! Extremely fast learning curve, the basic implementation is simple and quick. I have brought a lot of efficiency to daily work in an extremely short time. The support is very fast and helpful with questions and issues.
We had a complete ROI within a month and beyond. NinjaOne also integrates into our tool stack through its open API and is now indispensable for daily use.
New features are implemented at a very high frequency - almost every month a new function is released.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would wish for a deeper implementation of some functions instead of always adding new features - but that has also gotten better over the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage over 2000 endpoints - NinjaOne simplifies this immensely. By automating patching and alerting, our technicians have more time to support more customers.

A powerful tool for the job
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, powerful tools, simple implementations, security features, 3rd party integrations, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say my biggest complaints are how NinjaOne, albeit rarely, can be sluggish/slow to respond and the lack of ability to manage Mac devices as well as Windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the RMM features to manage fleets of devices as a MSP.
