It is overall very good, I have seen it getting improved

What do you like best about the product?
I have mostly used it for remote connectivity, I prefer that
It made onboarding and troubleshooting process very easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I had many difficulties to make it work with macbook
There should be something done regarding that.

Never worked with macbook, tried googling it and pretty much did all the recommendations suggested by google but nothing really helped
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote connection is the problem which ninja solves for us.
Made our onboarding and offboarding process smoother

NinjaOne - The RMM that we were looking for

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to easily control all of the devices in my environment, also giving me extreme visibility into what is happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
No native flow for automated device onboarding, such as updates, applications, etc. Have to craft it out of different pieces of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with being able to keep up with patching (both 3PP and OS) while sustaining a healthy and non-interruptive workday for our co-workers. Ninja allows us to make calculated changes, execute specific actions at specific times, easily and in mass. When something goes wrong, it tells you exactly what happened, and support will oftentimes even help you resolve it.

NinjaOne is the best RMM I have ever used

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has made managing customer servers and workstations a breeze. From software deployment, remote support and patch management it is the only tool we have needed to support our customers. The AI patch analysis is extremely useful to let us know when patches may have issues, and how to resolve them. Deploying NinjaOne could not be easier, our company was up and running on the same day as our trial started. Having tried several RMM solutions from the larger companies out there I can say that I will never go back. We have not had to contact support very often, but the one or two times we did responses and resolutions were given very quickly. I would encourage any MSP to give NinjaOne a shot, it has made our lives so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't really any downsides to NinjaOne that I am aware of, but some better support for linux remote desktop support would be nice, but not a major downside at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to support remote users, patch servers, and deploy and monitor antivirus software quickly and easily.

Review of Ninja RMM

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the patch management and remote tools. it really makes our job easier having everything automated. Customer support is really great as well.
- we recently subscribed to their backup solution, which we really like! it has already saved one of our clients from disaster!
we really like how we can have RMM, Backup, M365 Backup, AV all in one Spot, (they tell me M365 backup is coming to portal soon)
a feature we would like is to have the ticketing system built into that doesnt need to just have the companies we manage and have it more customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
they have a tool called Quick Support which is an amazing idea. the fact that it does not have elevated permissions when you connect to the client makes your job really difficult to troubleshoot. a huge miss.

my above comment is still true. we found that the end user has to right click and run as admin to give us the admin privlages which is sometimes hard to tell users that are in their 80's that we support. but other than that. we love this company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
patch management and automation.
helping people with their tech problems is the biggest part of our business and we rely heavily on the remote tools.
backup solutions for disaster recovery is a game changer!

Ninja One Long Term Review

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We've found Ninja One to be a very solid RMM. It's management and remote support tools are solid and well rounded. The pricing has always been competitive and fair. Some of the third party integrations could use more polish however they are constantly iterating and improving the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are incomplete. Ninja One rolled out their own remote control option. While it is better integrated than the third party offerings (splashtop and teamviewer) it still needs work to be on par with those offerings. Patching can at times be clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining patch management. "single pane of glass" management for all aspects of monitoring (patching, backup, AV, security).

Administrator of the Ninja environment and customer management

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, easy implementation, stable, many features, great dojo and customer support. Good for small and large installations and integrates seamlessly into the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything is good, help could always be provided quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For example, if a service crashes at a customer's site, the customer doesn't notice, and we can react to it because we receive a message. Just like with server failures, etc.
