Ninja RMM Review

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is a very intuitive RMM solution, providing ease of use to technicians to perform daily tasks, automate solutions, remote to assets to assist clients, and provide top tier automated patching.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if Ninja would allow for upload of .msi or program files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The patch management in Ninja has saved us hundreds of hours as we were previously using Kaseya PSA which was a horrible experience. The ease of use of the remote support simplifies our processes.

NinjaONE Review

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We have used NinjaONE for one year now. We have gone thru several products from Dell, Connectwise, Kaseya, and Datto. We have never been able to get the full benefit out of the past products or integrate them with other 3rd party applications out of the specific vendors eco systems. We have also had to hire a 3rd party company just to manage patch management exclusively to keep us at 70% patched across our network. We relied on 3rd party patch management reports because there wasn't a graphical representation of patch status.

With NinjaONE, you get a graphical representation of the current patch management status as soon as you log in. Knowing where you are at, leveraging all of the functionality, and being able to integrate with other third-party applications like Halo PSA has been a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything that we dislike about the product when comparing it to products that we have used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that NinjaONE is solving for us it patch management.

I like this service and it fits in with how we manage our fleet of computers

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visibility of Windows updates and how it keeps me on track and by extension more secure because I know patches are applied in a timely fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the fault of Ninja, but the lack of ability to control and update Mac computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure that users that don't like to apply updates do so in a timely fashion.

NinjaOne replace our old RMM and we're so happy

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very complete RMM and we've had no problems monitoring and managing 200+ workstations and 40 servers with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could really be beefed up. A simple request like "what software is running on each machine" isn't a canned report. It can be done via API possibly, but I haven't time to look into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing workstation support for a nation-wide client base from our office.

Awesome Platform

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and it is easy to manage multiple products from a single location. The platform is also very fast and scripts/automations fire off quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting aspect leaves a bit to be desired. The built-in reports are ok but it would be great to see a bit more put into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja actually helped us cut cost when we switched from our previous RMM provider. The addition of the mobile app has also allowed us to be in the know at all times which has been great.

Easy to manage, integrated backup services a plus

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
For me, I liked the integrated backup services which gives you an easy way to implement a cloud based backup on top of your current NinjaOne setup. Interface is easy to work with and support/documentation has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as robust in some areas on the backup side BUT I didn't need all of the additional options that other backup providers try to sell you on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me specifically, it allowed me to migrate off of an older on-premise tape backup solution and onto a cloud based backup solution that was integrated with my endpoint management.

Great onboarding experience and far far easier product to use from my previous RMM.

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The RMM part of Ninjaone is fantastic. Much quicker for me to remote connect to systems, more stable, I have great visibility into all remote systems.
Just generally far cleaner setup than what I had before with Endpoint Central.

Very easy to onboard.
Outstanding customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ticket system is decent but I think it needs some additional features still to be a more powerful tool for me. I like it and love the connection to users/systems/tickets but again, it could use more. I'd be happy to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a smaller shop, having less tools, less complexity is essential. Ninjaone allowed me to compress a few tools into one: RMM, Ticketing, monitors, etc.
That is a huge boost!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, maybe if they can have french support will e nice ?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dont have to be on site to see the health of the network
