NinjaOne is user friendly and reliable

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is definitely the NinjaDojo. Anytime you run into issues, answers are right there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Backup solution is not quite where it can be. The ability to automatically spin up temp servers from backup to bridge to a site in case of emergency or Azure compatible imaging would make it next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to keep an eye on all devices (computers, mobile, and infrastructure) in one place with reliable backups and patch management.

NinjaOne makes management of endpoints simple and straightforward

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The NinjaOne dashboard give a clear and simple view into the status of endpoints across all of our customers. Agent is easy to deploy and works well with other platforms where additional compliance is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes software updates do not install properly, especially if updated via other means, and can be difficult to resolve via the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients are located across the country so the remote support feature is the primary benefit as well as providing patch management of systems located outside of traditional office settings.

Best RMM offering out there...HANDS DOWN!

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
From company-branded configuration, top-of-the-line security offerings, remote desktop management, powerful scripting tools, a ticketing system, MDM and NMS offerings, you can't go wrong! The on-boarding process was seamless and painless. Whenever we encounter an anomaly, my dedicated account rep was responsive and always very helpful. Not only do they offer these solutions, the solutions are actually best-in-class. The integration and centralization of the various tools, allow for ease of use and a reliable, consistent tool our technicians use everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I encountered that was less than great, was the bitdefender gravity zone integration. Although it could be our lack of familiarization with the Gravity Zone tool set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have a central place to manage and execute various tasks for endpoints.

One of the best product changes we ever made

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward interface, requiring minimal navigation to carry out various tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is slightly limited and I would like to see more added to that over time to eliminate any other platforms to be needed for reporting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamline automation and deployments across all clients by using custom fields to reduce scripting overhead, allowing for faster and more efficient rollout of software and patches.

NinjaOne Outstanding Product and Service

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has a great support team behind their product, and I feel comfortable reaching out to my account manager for information on new services on the roadmap and how I can potentially implement them into my workflow. The NinjaOne product itself is intuitive and easy to get started with, both for large enterprises and small/medium businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product has a ton of features that are still being developed and matured, so there may be another vendor that does one specific service better. For instance, NinjaOne backup has grown over the years, but other vendors that are focused solely on backup was a better option when it was first introduced. I do like the fact that these services are still being developed with meaningful features with each new release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne fulfills the requirement of patch management and RMM all in one solution that is easy to implement en masse.

Excellent RMM

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne does all the things I need an RMM tool to do for a good price without some years-long commitment.
What do you dislike about the product?
You still have to buy the product in blocks of endpoints rather than 1:1 usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides excellent RMM tools on a month-to-month basis

Excellent RMM Platform for Managing Systems. A+++

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The remote management tool is invaluable to us as we are easily able to access the computers we monitor and assist clients. They have their own tool but also availability for other remote tools. The Ticketing System is getting better every year so managing our ticket system is a huge plus for us to keep everything in one ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is lacking functionality for the ticket system but hopefully that will get improvements in future releases. I would like to see the mobile app have more improvements but mostly i use desktop so it isnt a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of managing all of our client computers and providing a method for end users to interact with us and request support. It solves the problem of being a one stop shop for all of our RMM needs, we don't have to use multiple platforms anymore.

Love NinjaOne RMM

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We recently transitioned to NinjaOne after evaluating several RMM solutions, and it quickly became clear that it was the best fit for our needs. The sales and account teams were incredibly engaged and supportive throughout the entire onboarding process. Our previous RMM platform caused ongoing frustration due to unreliable patching, limited scripting capabilities, and a clunky user experience. Since switching to NinjaOne, we've seen a noticeable drop in ticket noise, improved accuracy in reporting, and a significant reduction in internal complaints. Special thanks to our account manager, NinjaNicole, she’s been fantastic to work with, always responsive, attentive to our needs, and quick to connect us with the right resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have a complaint or dislike with anything. I would love to see more reporting features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management and scripting were constant headaches with our previous RMM. It was unreliable and offered no clarity on whether tasks were executed successfully. NinjaOne completely resolved those issues. I'm now confident that our patching process is functioning as intended, and our client systems are being properly updated. The scripting capabilities in NinjaOne have been a game-changer, providing reliable execution and clear feedback. It just works

Top notch tooling for MSPs

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Probably the most communicative vendor we have; they are high touch but not overly intrusive from an account management perspective. Solution is solid, innovative and continuously improves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better, client facing live dashboards of specific information (i.e. asset dashboard w/ warranty info)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage all our client endpoints. We track assets, remote support and manage patching. It's the core tooling for support for our MSP.
