NinjaOne - The Best RMM Around
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy NinjaRMM.
The scripting uses native languages and has tons of options. The only limit is your imagination.
They push out new features constantly and they take feedback about the product or suggestions about it very seriously.
Their support and account management staff are a joy to work with. They're always responsive and help in resolving issues. I've worked with Shain Von Hahmann a few times lately and he's been a tremendous help.
It integrates well with PSA's and documentation systems.

I would like to so even further granular permissions within NinjaRMM.

NinjaRMM is providing us a centralized management platform for IT services.

Nothing really. This is our 4th RMM and is the best of the bunch so far.

iOS App Lacking some functionality but very serviceable for quick needs

You can't be a successful MSP without an RMM and Ninja has grown with and allowed me to grow my business. Deploying new machines is now a breeze!

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne offers a clean and intuitive interface, making it easy to monitor, manage, and support endpoints efficiently. The platform is responsive, and everything from patching to remote access works smoothly. It's a reliable tool that has improved our day-to-day operations.

The elaboration of reports, I would like it to be intuitive.

NinjaOne has streamlined our endpoint management by centralizing monitoring, patching, and remote support in a single platform. It helps us proactively address issues, reduce downtime, and respond faster to user needs. The automation tools save time on repetitive tasks, and the visibility into our systems has improved both efficiency and security across our environment.

Great Experience with NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
The remote control feature has been working exceptionally well for us. It has had consistent uptime, and the features keep on coming. Automatic software and OS patching has also been easy to deploy and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were missing a couple of features in the ticketing section that were critical for us. One was being able to edit notes left on the tickets, and the other was not being able to add checklists, but that one was less critical.

The remote control feature has continued to improve

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has an easy to use interface as well as great dashboards for monitoring. Adding and removing endpoints is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything so far. The price is right and after coming from Connectwise it is a breath of fresh air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping me efficiently manage approximately 85 endpoints as a one-man IT department by centralizing monitoring, patch management, and remote support into a single, easy-to-use platform. It allows me to proactively address issues, automate routine maintenance, and respond quickly to user needs without being physically on-site. This significantly reduces downtime, improves system reliability, and saves me valuable time that I can redirect toward strategic initiatives instead of constantly putting out fires.

What do you like best about the product?
Secure access to the platform, usability of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Re-establishing the backup is complex and requires help from support for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident management. As all the technicians have a single platform where all the users' problems arrive, we can distribute the tasks better and we don't duplicate any of them. It benefits us a lot as it makes us more efficient and quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
The truth is I love NinjaOne, I love that you can manage the teams remotely and its ticket management. It allows the company to have its employees working remotely and the technicians to provide support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The truth is that ninjaOne is an exceptional tool, it can surely still improve more aspects of security (This does not mean it doesn't have good security).

The truth is that NinjaOne provides a very solid solution in many aspects.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature that we use is Ninjaone Remote that gives us a lot of options on how to manage a device. In general Ninjaone is very easy to use. It is easy to install on devices. Ninjaone took our user support to the next level. We use Ninjaone everyday to solve problems or to approve patches. Ninjaone gives us a large number of integration options.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment we have not found anything that we dislike.

NinjaOne addresses our need for centralized management of end devices. With numerous devices connected from remote locations, NinjaOne enables us to manage them seamlessly and efficiently.
