IT like a Ninja
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic scalability and availability. It doesn't matter where my users are, I'm able to remotely help and patch PCs. Deploying the software was painless and we were able to install on all of our computers in a few weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
No conditional access for the MDM product.

A very good RMM platform, a better business partner
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and deployment.
Good value.
Ninja is an excellent business partner. I feel that Ninja's values as a company are much like my own. I like that Ninja is focused on success of MSP partners, rather than solely on their own bottom line.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more timely support. If we're opening a support ticket, we've already spent time trying to resolve on our own. Our time is literally money, and we need access to effective support asap when requested. It's not always practical for us to shift focus back to an issue at a later time when Ninja support is able to work with us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support via Ninja Remote.
Software deployment, configuration and automated tuning via scripting.
Backup via Ninja Backup and SAAS backup for MS365.

What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne supports several integrations (like backup and ticketing), it’s still more limited compared to competitors like ConnectWise or Datto.

Best RMM out there
What do you like best about the product?
I have used NABLE, Ninja, Kaseya, Automate, Connectwise RMM and so on. This has been the easiest and best one out there. Their support is always there willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not had any issues with Ninja.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja has been one of the better RMM out there and its simplicity is great while it can still do everything that all the others can do. Tasks, installation and patching have all been easy to setup and working without any problems.
NinjaOne is our favorite RMM tool and saves time
What do you like best about the product?
We are very happy and impressed by NinjaOne. We use it as a tool daily. It is fast, and very easy to access computers remotely and securely. RMM tools that gives us automation to install programs, scripts, and automate reboot by policies. It has a backup feature which has pros and cons to it, so we ended up using a different solution there but for easy backup it was a good solution. It automates our windows patches, and software patches for a large number of products such as chrome, adobe, zoom, office365 updates, etc. We get alerts if our servers reboot, lose connection, or go down. It installs a small agent on each computer, which runs as a service so even when it is rebooting or doing updates we can see what is going on for parts of the reboot and patching processes. We can run command and powershell scripts on the fiy without remoting in, as well as view and upload or delete files. Remote registry viewer and editor. You get inventory of all your computers and since we have over 1000 at multple locations, it is nice to see those at a glance in a dashboard. We have used other RMM tools and NinjaOne is the best. The integration was very easy. It is easy to learn and implement it and setup policies. Lots of features. Their support is great also. It has an integration with antivirus software to automate the install and monitoring, we use SentinelOne with it. NinjaOne has recently added some extra features such as connecting in a background mode and also being able to setup a maintenance mode to pause alerts and patching on a system during a specified period that has been really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there was a way to add/remove programs from the background mode from a windows interface that would be nice. Even though we can do this from the ninjaone interface not all programs will allow it to uninstall using this method. There are times I need to bulk change some systems, and I have them in excel from an exported report but wish there was a way for NinjaOne to allow me to upload the excel sheet of those devices to give me a filtered list of those devices that I can interact with in bulk, just a suggestion, more of a nice to have than anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support is the biggest feature for us, as well as patching automation, it saves us so much time to automate the patching process. We use the tool daily and from any location. The cost is good compared to others and especially for the value that we get from it.
exceeded expectations for endpoint management
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has enabled our team to manage our devices efficiently by using integrated features such as MDR, backups, powerfull scripting engine, and powerful endpoint remote tools. Since deploying NinjaOne, we've seen useful features such as automatic warranty tracking, updates to the scripting engine and script library, and has been a reliable platform in our IT toolset. It was easy to learn, deploy, and customize and is used every day by our IT staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little unclear about what information is where. Sometimes things are detailed in a blog post, script hub, or the community called Dojo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables consistent patch management, meeting policy and industry standards. Fast and easy script development and pushing. Remote tools are powerful, allowing easy remote diagnostic and troubleshooting for helpdesk support. Since the MDR, script engine, patching, asset management, and remote tools are all integrated we only have to use 1 tool for all our ITSM requirements.
