Currently the best RMM tool on the market

What do you like best about the product?
We have used NinjaOne at two different times in our MSP journey, as our first RMM and now as our fourth RMM. We initially loved Ninja but left due to a renewal misunderstanding (truly a misunderstanding) and ventured into an all-in-one solution followed by an open source solution. Our journey ultimately took as back to NinjaOne and our biggest regret is having left in the first place. What we like most about Ninja is the constant enhancements to the product that doesn't seem to sacrifice fixing existing issues, which was a common issue with the all-in-one solution we used.
What do you dislike about the product?
As they have grown, support has gotten somewhat worse as we no longer have access to higher tier support immediately and often have to work through different levels over longer periods of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is allowing us to really hone in on automation, which we believe is vitally important to the future of our industry.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about NinjaOne is that it just works. I have had no issue with it doing something unexpected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides for me. I know I am not using all of the features that it has can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me tons of time by not having to babysit all of our server patching. I have multiple groups with different requirements and it takes all of the hand holding away from me. I just log in once a week and glance at the dshboard to see the status.

NInja One is amazing

What do you like best about the product?
The automation features on Ninja One are the best; they help us stay on top of tickets and tasks. They make it easier for us to manage all our systems and devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont dislike anything I just want them to improve their ticketing system more to where its a universal system for tickets and not just IT based tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the way we give support to everyone, it makes it easier, and we no longer have to interrupt the user when troubleshooting.

Scripting and automation deployment could be less cumbersome.

Patching is the big item Ninja One solves for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to help someone remotely and doing something for them that they might not understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connection drops. Sometimes the services stop on their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distance is no longer a con for us, we can instantly remote to someone without any wires.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a one-person IT staff, NinjaOne makes managing my daily tasks easy. It automates patching and compliance. The help desk is great. The Ninja Remote tool is amazing. Integrates great with S1. I don't have anything but good things to say about NinjaOne. Would highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. It just keeps getting better with new tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily add scripts to NinjaOne to automate things that took time out of my day.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a single platform to support and manage our customers IT needs
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't have any feature that I dislike.

Single pane to monitor and manage customers network. Single pane to manage their back-ups and antivirus.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about NinjaOne is that it is constantly under development and they are always adding new and helpful features.

I do not have any complaints about NinjaOne

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is to use NinjaOne and how the ticketing system works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the dashboard had the capability to be more customizable and that the suggestions that I entered in for having a calendar added would be responded to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping me by keeping track of incidents and maintenance work being done throughout the airport
