works great to remote manage client endpoints!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is an all in one solution. Antivirus Integrations, built in remote access, backups, knowledgebase. Being able to automate with scripts is a huge deal. It is easy to deploy, I was provided a script to run on my former RMM to deploy the ninjaone agent. The ticketing is great for keeping track of issues. Certain tasks can be automated for ticketing as well. Their documentation is expansive for every part of the software. Support is quick and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
No integrations with accounting software. The quicksupport does not launch with Administrator privileges unless the user provides a username and password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backups, remote monitoring of endpoints, patch management, warranty tracking.
NinjaOne make job very easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for having most helpful tools in one platform. Going into Background was a plus for our team. Users can continue to work, while we troubleshoot issues. Having the ticket system in the same platform is ease and our users find this ticket system easy to use and they like the flex ability of email or log in.
The customer support has been very helpful when we reach out for help. Most of the time the KB articles are great.

What do you dislike about the product?
Getting logged out of the system through out the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use and User friendly for our non tech users.
I love the Back Ground mode that was recently added.

My experience with NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Ninja since early on. The integrated tools like remote control and backup have come a long way and are now my preferred choice over third tools. Deploying agents is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the documentation piece is probably my least favorite. I appreciate that it's integrated, but still lacks features of competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a relatively inexpensive way for me to manage all of my clients from one central console. I'm not sure I could effectively do my job without this tool.
Efficient with features other MDM's lack.
What do you like best about the product?
The system has a real-time command line access and you may easily edit registry items without the need for scripting. These are features that I have not seen in any other MDM and I use these features all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would love to see improved is the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint management on many diffrent ooperating systems.
Simply Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about NinjaOne is it's ease of use and implementation. When we made the jump from our previous RMM tool we were bogged down from creating custom scripts, fighting patching, and filtering alerts. With Ninja everything just works. We no longer have to waste time troubleshooting our own tools and can focus on keeping clients happy, secure, and updated. In addition, the Dojo is by far one of the best knowledgebase's I have access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really too much to dislike. I would like to see more integrations with other software applications. Specifically Monday.com but other than that no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us be more productive instead of wasting time troubleshooting our own tools.

New NinjaOne client expanding MSP offering
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is clean, uncluttered, consistent interface that is easy to navigate and easy to understand even to someone who is new to the concept of RMM.
The onboarding experience was great, and I had our first client onboarded within the first few days of the trial. The documentation in the dojo is sometimes a little out-of-date but still easy to follow.
The two people that helped me, Grant Davis (during the sales phase) and Maggie Ximenes (our account manager) have been immensely helpful. Grant even answered questions for me over the weekend when I really should have been looking in the dojo for the answers :) and Maggie has been great post-sales as well.
We have made the decision to ramp up our MSP offering over the next 7 months to the end of the year and converting numerous break-and-fix clients into managed service clients. NinjaOne and SentinelOne are going to be key to that process. I feel very strongly that I made the right decision with NinjaOne after evaluating numerous alternatives. The cost on NinjaOne is a tough barrier to entry (ConnectWise RMM being significantly cheaper) but Grant was able to offer me an arrangement I could live with.
We use it every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I wish it did or did differently
1) There is a feature in Auvik where you can connect to the web-based interface of IoT devices (printers, switches, NASes, etc.) I wish NinjaOne had a feature like that as this would help us provide support for IoT devices without needing to VPN into the customer’s network.
2) I wish there was better integration with Windows Defender Antivirus (the built-in AV that comes with Windows) and, even more importantly, with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (the more advanced EDR that comes with Microsoft 365 Business Premium). We will have customers that will stick with Defender for Endpoint because they are deeply invested in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and will not want to buy another EDR solution just because it integrates with their MSP’s RMM.
3) I find the alerting a little “chatty” as sometimes it alerts me about expected things but that is probably just that I have to spend some time adjusting the settings. So I wouldn’t suggest changing anything here.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many. Very many. The cloud-based backup is great. The remote monitoring and management is great. And the remote support tool (i.e. the ability to see the customer's screen) is great although we did use TeamViewer in the past for that and still do to some extent.
NinjaOne 2025 Review
What do you like best about the product?
Automation is, without a doubt, the most useful feature of Ninja One.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot to dislike about Ninja One - just when you think of something that would be nice to have it is added in the next release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management, Endpoint Management, and Asset Management are key features that deliver update-to-date information and automation methods to remediate issues. I only login remotely as a last resort, which is great, when you need it.
Ninja One has made life a lot easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love the remote options it works wonderfully. I do like the patching and script management as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is not very good I am sad to say, and I really wish you had a user portal that users could have to install approved software without having to open a ticket and a tech send the script.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching, script deployment and some inventory management.
Great RMM Software
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features of NinjaOne are the Software/OS patching. It makes easy on a two man IT Team to manage software/OS patches to keep the company up to date. My other favorite feature is the Health Detail, it allows me to quickly diagnose issues and stop future incidents from occurring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature could be better, I find it a bit lacking. Such as running a report to see what machines have been deployed for the longest (for hardware upgrades). Basically a way to make custom reports with their own queries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch Management is the biggest one, we are a small team so it gets difficult.
