Really useful RMM with integrations to other software and services
What do you like best about the product?
We switched to NinjaOne from Continuum (now Connectwise) and have never looked back. The interface is so clean and easy to use whilst maintaining all the power and options we need. Getting connected to remote systems is faster and easier and running reports (for example listing machines with Windows 10 that could be upgraded) is a few clicks.
I also really like the way the MFA prompts are implemented so that the platform is secure which gives us (and our clients) trust.
Support have always been very responsive and our account manager Marketa regularly checks in with updates and new features without pressure to sell.

What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't adopted the documentation and ticketing modules as we have solutions in place already there. This isn't really a problem but we don't feel those options are as mature as the products we use.

Helps us keep track of all our clients systems and their health - as well as our primary method of providing remote support.

NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has a clean and easy to use UI. Product deployment is easy and you can be up and running in minutes. Patch deployment is easy even though actual supported products (for patching) are limited. WinGet support is in beta and would once GA greatly resolve this issue. Remote access is both versatile and comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Network management and printer management are nonexistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is our customer facing RMM product allowing our team support clients while they are in the office or on the road.
User Friendly Powerful RMM
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne keeps raising the bar—continually rolling out smart improvements and fresh features on top of an already rock-solid, feature-packed platform. It’s the kind of partner you want in your corner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing, is there should be an 'Auto-Purge' setting for devices that haven't connect in like 3 months etc to auto-delete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching and making onboarding EASY! NinjaOne takes the pain out of routine maintenance with seamless patching, intuitive onboarding, and powerful automations that let us stay proactive—not reactive. It's like having a silent partner working 24/7 to keep systems healthy and clients happy.
NinjaOne Delivers Powerful Simplicity for MSP Operations
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is fast and responsive, which is critical when managing multiple endpoints across client environments. It acts as an effective fleet management tool, giving me real-time visibility and control over devices. I particularly appreciate the ability to execute scripts remotely; this has saved countless hours on routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Its integration with SentinelOne adds another layer of value, making endpoint security management seamless and centralized within the same console. Altogether, it empowers me to deliver high-quality, proactive support at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne excels in speed and usability, there are a few areas with room for improvement. The reporting capabilities, while functional, could benefit from more customization and depth, especially for MSPs needing client-facing reports with detailed metrics. I’d also like to see deeper integrations with other key tools in the MSP stack beyond the basics. Finally, while script execution is powerful, managing and organizing scripts at scale could be more intuitive with tagging or folder structures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the complexity of managing diverse client environments by consolidating monitoring, patching, scripting, and remote access into a single, intuitive platform. It eliminates the need to juggle multiple tools, which simplifies my tech stack and reduces overhead. The speed and reliability of the platform allow me to respond to issues faster, automate routine tasks, and proactively maintain systems before they become problems. With real-time visibility and integrated SentinelOne support, I can secure and manage endpoints efficiently, ultimately improving service quality, reducing downtime, and freeing up time to focus on strategic growth rather than firefighting.

What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, if a device remains inactive for an extended period, NinjaOne may occasionally encounter issues that require some troubleshooting or, in rare cases, reinstallation. However, these instances are infrequent and do not significantly impact the overall reliability of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows me to troubloshoot a multitude of issues that end users may be having.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote connection, patch management, documentation, network monitoring. It is very nice to get on one pane of glass all the statistics and information that is given. We also use the helpdesk ticketing system and it has been very nice to have.
