What I like best about NinjaOne is its simplicity and automation. The platform is incredibly intuitive, even for new users, and allows us to manage endpoints, deploy scripts, and monitor systems with minimal manual effort.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With UEM, it simplifies managing all devices—whether laptops, desktops, or mobile devices—from a single platform, reducing time spent on manual updates and troubleshooting. This unified control improves security and ensures consistent configurations across the organization.
In terms of IT documentation, NinjaOne helps keep all system information, procedures, and configurations well-organized and easily accessible. This reduces knowledge gaps and speeds up issue resolution, especially when team members change or when quick access to documentation is needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
- the scheduled reboot at the push of a button still does not work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduled reboot does not work, and it hasn't for years.
In itself, I am very satisfied because Ninja offers many functions without navigating to the server.
What do you like best about the product?
That you can use AD functions via software, that you can perform a ping test in the user context via the console.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service unfortunately does not restart during a server reboot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately, from time to time, Ninja Remote access is not possible when the Ninja RMA Agent is installed on a server and the server has been rebooted; the service is not running 80% of the time.
No problem, it has always worked in my 3 years

The file browser is great
The connection options are good
The connection options are good
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything negative, as I mostly work as an end user and that works great, with internal devices and external devices. The connection to customer systems also works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure connection to customer systems is critical and important. At the same time, it must always work.
So far, only positive experiences with Ninja.
The API also works great and is used very actively by us.

NinjaOne - all day long!
What do you like best about the product?
When I was shopping around for a single pane of glass msp solution, I originally signed up with a different provider and it was just too clunky to manage. Then I tried NinjaOne and instantly loved it! It's super user-friendly to navigate, comes with alot of add features at no extra cost. It has all the tools and solution in one single pane of glass. But the best part is the Customer Service. The response is fast and the support is exceptional. The features that I rely on and use are RMM, endpoint mgmt, and patching.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside. I am super happy with N1. Nothing is perfect, but when I point it out, support investigates and the dev team addresses it. So support actually listens and does something about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem N1 is solving for me, is that I have an affordable solution where I can provide excellent service to my customers.
A Reliable Source of Truth for Device Management
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne stands out as an exceptional RMM tool, serving as the definitive source of truth for our fleet of managed devices. Its robust tracking capabilities provide real-time visibility into device health, performance, and inventory, ensuring we have complete control over our client's IT environment. What truly sets NinjaOne apart is their commitment to continuous improvement—unlike competitors who make empty promises about future features, NinjaOne consistently delivers meaningful enhancements that streamline our workflows and boost efficiency. We also just enjoy using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We truly value NinjaOne’s powerful RMM capabilities and its role as a dependable source of truth for managing our fleet of devices. However, we’ve faced some challenges with the geolocation functionality in the MDM component, particularly with Apple devices. Despite our ongoing collaboration with NinjaOne’s responsive support team we have not reached a full resolution to the issue - yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a `visual` pulse for a fleet of managed devices.
Its a great value for the cost, and no contracts!
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is the most comprehensive and easy-to-use RMM I have tried. And the onboarding and customer service are terrific.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I don't like. The ticketing could be more robust
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I moved to NinjaOne from a competitor. I saved $600 a month for nearly the same features, and NinjaOne is much easier to use. All of the NinjaOne applications work together seamlessly.
