Great RMM. Significantly faster and less buggier than VSAX.
What do you like best about the product?
I use NinjaOne primarily to remote into user laptops when they are away from the office. I find it to be fast, easy, and I have not found any issues. I like that it is quick to reconnect when changing windows profiles and restarting. I have also started to utilize scripts like time sync to make certain processes much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that NinjaOne contained prebuilt scripts or automations to update dell drivers or run dell command update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We remote into employee machines constantly and this one works significantly better than our previous RMM. The scripting has the potential to solve a lot of problems and significantly shorten our process for provisioning new laptops.
Ninja One Makes Device Management Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to monitor all my devices within the company. Before I was more hands on when devices needed updates, so having Ninja One has made my job at little easier.

I honestly have no complaints about the platform.

Managing devices with this product is straightforward and efficient. The interface makes it easy to keep track of all connected devices, allowing for smooth organization and control. Overall, device management is a strong aspect of this software.
Unified Platform Built for Purpose, Minor Maintenance Inconvenience
What do you like best about the product?
This platform offers a genuine single view, rather than being a collection of separate acquisitions pieced together. It is purpose-built for its functions, providing everything within one unified platform. This was easy to deploy next to our old RMM, the customer success team helped us integrate our other software and have a pretty seamless transition, we use ticketing and rmm so we live in here pretty much everyday..
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the maintenance lockout can be a bit inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticketing and patching have been convenient, as I can manage all tickets from different boards in a single place. Additionally, deploying patches is straightforward and easy to handle.
Simple and Intuitive—A Breeze to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and intuitive to use as an IT tech.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not as of yet found anything with NinjaOne that I find to be deficient for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A big issue that we had prior to NinjaOne was having our techstack spread out across many different vendors. With NinjaOne, we were able to reduce that down to just one.
Simple, Functional, and Integrates Well—Navigation Could Be Smoother
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and Functionality and the ability to link with other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating to certain windows is a bit cumbersome.

Effortless Setup and Daily Use—NinjaOne Makes IT Management Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love NinjaOne for its simplicity! It was very easy to implement into our existing infrastructure and getting our devices onboarded. I have used it on a daily basis for a multitude of tickets. The remote tool is perfect and I love that it is built into the platform. Creating automations and custom scripts is also very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be hard to see the effect is has across my organization. Approving patches is quick and easy, but sometimes it is tough to tell how well device updates are being applied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before NinjaOne we had no way of remotely accessing any devices at my organization. So the built-in remote tool has been a game changer on our remote days. It is also amazing to get access to live data from devices.
Powerful Automation and Reporting, But Needs More Standard Templates
What do you like best about the product?
The automation and information collected and provided via reporting and gui
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have seen more standard report templates or reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate inventory, third party patching, patching, device status, remote support.
Unified Management Made Easy, But Mobile Experience Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a unified platform that allows us to remotely connect to devices, manage them, install security patches, and configure settings from a distance. The NinjaOne library and forum also provide a wide range of automation scripts. As we transition from TeamViewer to NinjaOne, we discovered that NinjaOne offers a script specifically for removing TeamViewer, which we have been using to facilitate the switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, NinjaOne can be slow when I try to access a device remotely. Additionally, when using my mobile phone, I have to use both NinjaOne and NinjaRemote, since they are two separate apps. This makes the process a bit cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing together desktop and mobile device management within a single platform has been beneficial. It also streamlines patching, vulnerability management, and security updates, all in one place.
Excellent Customer Service and Growing Reporting Features
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service has been great to work with, always ready to help and guide us to solutions. There are many features for use which encompass most requirements. Working with their team has made the integration easy, and the platform is easy to learn and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are not quite as flexible as we would like, and there are limitations on the vulnerability management feature set. We were told they are working on it, but dont have a timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to help patch management as we don't have the staff necessary to take that on as a full-time job. This has replaced another solution we used which was subpar once we dove in. NinjaOne so far has been many notches above our previous solution.
