What do you like best about the product?
One important aspect of Barracuda that I love is that it is scalable - which means any business can get a package that suits their needs
Secondly, it is the all-time secure archiving solution
I like that it is cloud-based
The software is direct and straightforward to use
What do you dislike about the product?
For Barracuda archiving service, every aspect works as it should. No complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this service to effectively and securely store business data. We can retrieve any time, and sharing is easy well. The software offers military-level protection and never disappoints.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is one business solution you cannot afford to miss. Try it.

What do you like best about the product?
Granular searches, fast & easy of use and accuracy

UI of Web Interface and Documentation could be improved

It archives all incoming and outgoing email, as well as inter-company email.

Easy to setup, cost effective and super efficient

What do you like best about the product?
With our Barracuda Cloud Archiving solution we have unlimited storage for emails received and sent. We can set a retention period - which we have changed more than once as we found certain litigation queries can go back 5+ years. It's easy to assign a user with specific authority to research emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be a little more user friendly, but it all works nicely and doesn't stop you from using it or finding what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had a few HR cases opened which pulled into question emails that were sent/received by some users. In these cases, we were able to use the Barracuda Cloud Archiving service to search and find any emails which helped with the HR cases.

We have solved some important claims against the company regarding things such as: letting go of an employee, workman's compensation, etc.
