It is easy to use and does not take a lot of time to enter information.

I don't get an email with the daily total time like I used to get.

Time tracking. I don't have to always log my time manually in a sheet. I just use time camp.

Cannot manage away time anymore which was a free feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Desktop app time tracking, it allows me to know to be more efficient in my time reporting.
A good program for monitoring employees' work as well as your own.

Simplicity of operation and ease of navigation through the interface

I don't see any glaring downsides, it meets our needs.

I control how much time I spend on individual tasks at work in an excellent way.
Good App for Monitoring Time Spent on Work
What do you like best about the product?
i can view the time spent of my team members in each task. i can easily see which ones work efficiently and which ones work slowly. i can also see time spent on breaktimes

There are seldom times the task/client tag isnt working properly. you need to close then reopen the browser

productivity of each team members. i can see which task each member is having difficulty with and coach them directly on it
Simple system to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find projects/tasks and log time against those. Support team at Timecamp have been very helpful.

The reporting functionality could be more advanced.

Want to understand where our people are spending their time and ensuring that the focus is on the high impact activities.
TimeCamp is a must for keeping accurate times
What do you like best about the product?
TimeCamp has allowed us to get much better data, and it is easy to use! We have about 100 employees who keep track of their time daily in TimeCamp; I can't imagine returning to our old way!

I have been using TimeCamp for about a year and a half now, and I have nothing I dislike!

We are getting very accurate data since our employees have been using TimeCamp, which we use to figure out productivity. Everything is super easy to pull data on as well!
Reliable Time Auditing Program
What do you like best about the product?
Timecamp is intuitive to use and can be used in large organizations. We use it for data entry time auditing. It is a daily staple in our business, and it is very reliable. You can create sub-categories to tasks and assign them tags and it has capabilities to mark time-entries as billable. You can easily review a large number of employee's time entries at any level of detail
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am approving someone's timesheet, you can hover over the approvement tracked time cell and it will show a pop-up of every entry made under that category for the whole week. I'd like it to be day-by-day, otherwise I have to open the timesheet and investigate myself.

Easy to use and transparent
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most about using timecamp was the clarity of the site itself and the ability to create multiple summaries of employee hours. Another thing I can honestly praise is the customer support. If we happened to have a problem Timecamp quickly resolved the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Greater filtering capability (e.g., by project) would make Timecamp easier to work with conrketnie in my job
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timecamp has solved our company's hourly billing problem. Using this program has made it much easier to track employee hours and to account for them when paying invoices
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
TimeCamp is very simple to use to enter daily time. I like how I can copy my time categories from the previous week. There is little to no training required to use it as it is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a 3rd party manager of a support organization, I cannot get the reporting I need easily as our resources report to the company managers. I have to create a report of all employees and filter our company resources from that.

We are a 3rd party support organization, andI am able to create a monthly report of our resource hours for billing purposes.
