Great Integrations and Value, but Notion Sync Needs More Control and Guidance

What do you like best about the product?
TimeCamp is helpful because it already has integrations with several apps that our company uses regularly. Being able to automatically add Google calendar events, Notion projects and tasks, or use a web extension to scan and track time to other popular sites has been incredibly helpful in our workflows. Both the mobile app and the web interface are easy to use and visually appealing. Generally, load times are quick and there isn't a lot of extra information to load, leading to a clean user experience. It has the best pricing out of all time tracking apps that we compared. Support has been helpful and felt personalized.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about TimeCamp is a lack of control in integrations. Integrations like Notion require manual refreshes, are sometimes slow to update, do not always bring information into TimeCamp menus correctly or update after a change is made in Notion, and it's difficult to understand how the database relations in Notion translate into TimeCamp. It's required a lot of trial and error and time to troubleshoot this integration, even though we are thankful that the integration is available in any capacity. It would be fantastic if TimeCamp integrated more detailed help and support pages. Another app we use, Gusto, has many support pages with step by step instructions that guide a user through integration setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TimeCamp integrates with popular apps and services that our company uses, it allows for informative reports, easy onboarding and cost savings. We are pleased with the value TimeCamp offers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that TimeCamp has options but can also be used straightforwardly. It's something I found easy to incorporate into my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm just one person, so I don't need a lot of services. I'm mostly just keeping track of my own hours. So simple functionality that I don't have to pay for would be nice. Also, the initial setup was not very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TimeCamp helps me stay accountable to my working hours.

Easy to use timer functions that allow me to time all my tasks and also add others in manually later if needed.
