Timecamp rocks!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Timecamp is awesome software that suits not only organizations and also individuals. If you are looking for time managing application do not waste your time with others, try Timecamp and use your time more wisely. TImecamps provides perfect tools for managing your time more effectively and more useful. Features are just amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say any things which is not working properly, because every tools and features is working so well. Design is also good. But I don't like customer service. Sometimes it can take a long time to get answer about anything. But am saying again there is no any bad tool or something else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is most important thing in our life, if you can manage your time more wisely you can do whatever you want. So Timecamp can be useful for you.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Timecamp is best in its field. It is really bet way to deal with deadlines and spend your time wisely. You will see difference after using it.

TimeCamp is definitely leader in its field. With using it you will can manage your time excellently. Features and tools are very responsive for all of your works.

Frankly there is no any bad things about TimeCamp. Use it, you will not feel regret.

In every company and individiuals need to manage their time more efficiently. Especially you can deal with deadlines when you working with Timecamp.

Believe me, This is best in market. Do not waste your time for searching up for another Time management service.

Ease of use and monthly reporting. The monthly reporting gives us great insight into the work our consultants are completing

minimal feature set, the product should have much more with regards to feature set and actual project management rather than just time tracking

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and integrates very well with Insightly (our CRM system). TimeCamp pulls all our clients from Insightly so when we need to track time for a project or task, the client is already in the system.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can have multiple projects with the same name. Or that you at least don't get a warning a project with that name exists. Even if the projects have the same name, they don't show up on the same report. If you didn't know to look for more time, you would overlook entries. (When I asked their customer service how to merge the entries under all the projects with the same name, they merged it for us immediately so we didn't have to.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the system for two items.
1) We use it as a time clock for hourly employees to know what hours to base their pay.
2) We use it as time tracking for "outside of scope" projects that gets billed to our clients.
We do not track all of our time as most of our clients are a flat rate billed client. However, I would like to start using TimeCamp for all time tracking in the next few months so we can drill down further into the profitability of each client.

Understanding the reporting first. That will dictate how you input time (as a project, as a task, as a company, etc.)
TimeCamp is very flexible in how you can use it. But that flexibility of entries can meet the reporting output isn't what you want. If you understand the output, it will save you trial and error of the input.

Useful Software for your Developing Business
What do you like best about the product?
Great time tracking, integration with Insightly and strong reporting. TimeCamp can be a powerful tool when implemented and used correctly. Well worth a look.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little clunky here and there. Need to double check your entries to ensure they are being tracked correctly. There are some bugs but not enough to deter from the products advantages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are interested in time tracking to improve projects quotes and invoicing. This product gives a good look into where the team is focusing their time. If used correctly, it will give your business the information needed to streamline your teams focus to better achieve your strategic objectives. There are many other benefits that depend on what you are looking for.

I like the integration with Podio and the ability to create new tasks on the fly with the desktop application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the mobile app was more useful - lots of glitches right now.

We are still testing it out as a time tracking tool for our projects. My hope is that it will allow us to be able to calculate profitability on an individual project basis.

I would definitely recommend doing the trial first. It takes a little time to understand how to use it and apply it to your business.

Best Timetrackign Software on the market!
What do you like best about the product?
We've tested them all but none of the other solutions does so many good things as Timecamp.
We use Timecamp to track all our projects and to monitor our workflow.

The invoice function isn't the best, but I don't need it.

Tracking time in projects to bill all clients correctly - Timecamp does the best job of all tools we've tested.

Start tracking your time as agency to see processes that can be optimized.

I started to use it because it works with Trello.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using time camp for awhile, however they can't export to Quickbooks, their software breaks all the time, and recently it has been adding time without me doing it and I can't get it to stop. Support takes 3-4 days to reply, if at all.
I don't recommend using them. I've spent too much time trying to fix my time tracker instead of working!

I don't recommend this product at all. It is super buggy and I've spent so many hours trying to fix my time tracking software. BUYER BEWARE!

TimeCamp Is A Solid Helpful Time Tracking Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a freelancer time tracking is important to accurate invoicing. The reporting tools are great and allow me to see the time for the day, week, year or past custom time periods.
The Windows desktop tool is also a great feature allowing me to quickly switch between projects as I log my time.

I dislike the name as it feels like they're leveraging the popularity of Basecamp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelancer I want to log my time to see where I spend it and to track my billable activities. This allows me to see how much time I've spent doing various work so I can make good decisions going forward.
