Lative is a dream before board meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Lative helps my sales leader and I do sales capacity planning, It saves us time before board meetings. it's also great to compare our actual sales productivity performance with their predictions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really helpful if they had a pipeline coverage forecasting module.

Capacity Planning is a crucial aspect of any go-to-market strategy. Lative streamlines this process by tracking key components in one place: sales performance, performance analysis, ramp-up, hiring plan, and budget planning. This unified approach aligns our stakeholders and improves our visibility on our GTM strategy execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to fully grasp all the capabilities of the tool.

Lative addresses key components of our RevOps focus in one centralized platform, helping refine our execution. It eliminates the need for manual report creation, allowing RevOps teams to focus on strategic work instead of administrative tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, easy to use, provides great insights. Great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see pipeline needed added as a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lative has really helped us streamline our revenue operations workflow, saving SalesHood hours of spreadsheet management. We use Lative to accurately calculate our revenue team's capacity, preventing over or under-allocation of resources that have had a huge impact on our teams ROI. Plus, Lative acts as a "crystal ball" – by having the ability to simulate revenue impacts from hiring, investments, and strategy decisions we can now better predict future trajectory in order to meet our growth targets.

Lative needs to work on providing dashboards with multiple compoents an provide an ability to export insights.
