I learned a new profession after getting to know n8n
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the learning curve is great and the amount of information available on the internet
What do you dislike about the product?
The installation method is a bit complex for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the amount of repetitive tasks in my company
n8n is the best low code automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Just the type of licensing n8n offers with self hosting option; it made the tool grow and develop like wild fire with a huge and loyal audience; it has it all. Building an MCP while it was limited to wizards of coding when it gained traction i built multiple one in n8n in minutes... I can wait to see what this tool and community delivers in capability
What do you dislike about the product?
while their offering is generous, yet comparing self-hosting to their cloud subscription and its limitations makes a super hard decision to subscribe to show support; if n8n adds a subscription tier for on premise members to have all features of the cloud against a limited and reasonable subscription i believe many will happily pay, they generate revenue and users get more features. that doesn't exist today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for many test projects and real time automations involving AI, RAG, etc
A powerful and ever-evolving automation tool with great AI integration
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using n8n for over 2 years, mainly for testing and development purposes. What stands out now is the impressive integration with AI tools like LangChain. It’s constantly improving, and the community is very active and helpful. It gives me flexibility and control that few no-code platforms offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
While n8n is powerful, debugging complex workflows can still be challenging at times. Some error-handling features could be more intuitive, especially for larger, nested flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
n8n helps me build complex automations that involve multiple steps and tools, especially when I need a large number of nodes or advanced logic using artificial intelligence. It allows me to integrate various platforms in a flexible way, without relying on limited or expensive third-party automation tools. This saves me time during development and gives me full control over the workflows.
Flexible, powerful, and self-managed
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility it offers to automate complex processes without relying on external services. By being able to deploy it on our own servers, we have full control over the data, security, and performance. Additionally, the interface is intuitive and allows both technical and non-technical profiles to collaborate in the creation of workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some native integrations are still in beta phase or do not have all the advanced options. We have also had to manually adjust some aspects to fit our stack, but nothing particularly problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the initial challenges was ensuring data persistence and performance control when deploying it on our own servers. We also had to create some custom connectors because some native integrations were limited. However, this has allowed us to learn a lot about its architecture and fully adapt it to our needs.
How does this benefit us? It gives us total technological independence, savings on licensing costs, and a very quick response capability to internal changes. We have been able to automate key tasks without relying on closed solutions, with full control over security and scalability.

No code - Automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
Best part about n8n is being open source, self hosting compatible use docker and being able to integrate AI in any of the flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a 1% chance that workflows may not be reliable & there is a learning curve for the implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes complex automation workflows that we really want to have automated — possible. It reduces our dependency on Zapier which is very costly.
n8n hat meine Herangehensweise an Automatisierung und KI verändert.
What do you like best about the product?
intuitiveness, simplicity, community, flexibility, quick results
What do you dislike about the product?
I still need to learn more about agents, I find that somewhat difficult and non-transparent, and the agents' tools sometimes don't work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
n8n also covers almost all business-relevant use cases. I can quickly build prototypes with it, and running "apps" is no problem either.
Best tool to create AI Agents and seamless workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike rigid no-code tools, n8n adapts to complex, evolving needs without switching platform. That means:
• Faster prototyping (drag & drop to test logic)
• Powerful automation (conditionals, loops, error handling)
• Native API handling (great for AI agents, external services, DBs, etc.)

What do you dislike about the product?
The UX can get messy fast on complex workflows, especially with many nodes, branches, and custom scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Manual, repetitive tasks → Automates workflows across tools (APIs, webhooks, databases) with minimal code.
- Slow dev cycles → Enables PMs, marketers, and ops to ship integrations and automations without waiting on engineers.
- Rigid SaaS limits → n8n is open source and extensible—build logic that Zapier, Make, or IFTTT can’t handle.
- Lack of control over data and infra → Self-hosting ensures ownership, scalability, and compliance.

I am very excited about the n8n product. We are building successfully on this platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Great community. Full self-hosted option. Continuous development with great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marcel has not yet returned my n8n glasses ;-) So far, no HA (High Availability) available (Enterprise Request), load balancer across multiple instances is missing, clustering is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Design complex processes modularly.
Support is great with judging, as learner on n8n make me feel comfortable, to ask for assistance
What do you like best about the product?
That I can locally host, play around, and learn as I go, and it is free.
What do you dislike about the product?
That's the fact that sometimes my password is not working, then I have to contact support and redo everything; maybe or I'm sure it is a user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me to automate services and assist me writing reports and to do analysis.
N8N: The Low-Code Solution that Revolutionizes your Workflow Automation
What do you like best about the product?
There are many people on the internet sharing free information, there are courses of up to 6 hours of pure gold on the internet, it's too good to be true.
What do you dislike about the product?
at first it's a bit difficult to adapt, especially with the issue of credentials
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a bit technical sometimes and it's hard to understand how to do some things, and that benefits me because not everyone can use it since you have to love automations to iterate and iterate as many times as necessary until I get my automation to run.
