- It has helped me handle a lot of unnamed work and shorten the process and time
- The implementation of automatic processes has helped us learn how to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
- There are many processes that we need but not integrated into N8N due to waiting for updates or we have to develop on their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimize costs and personnel for old processes

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to install, you can do almost anything you want, and there are plenty of forums.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult for people who don't know programming at all, so I think there will be hurdles in deploying it throughout the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to automate tasks that were previously assigned manually, resulting in labor savings.

n8n is just amazing

  • January 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I run an business process automation company and I used to mostly work in Make before I tried n8n. I was blown away with the features and flexibility it offers, compared to Make. It doesn't mean Make is not a capable platform - on the contrary, it's great - but if you know a thing or two about JavaScript or you're not afraid to learn a few JS methods (to use in n8n expressions), n8n will make you 'unstoppable' and let you build workflows quicker than Make.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike about it. It has a bit steeper learning curve and is more low-code than no-code — meaning, users with basic coding skills will feel more comfortable using it. Also, compared to Make, has less pre-built modules (or at least the ones I use the most), but it's not a problem with custom HTTP requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repetitive tasks using pre-built modules

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a somewhat steep learning curve and connecting to certain APIs can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
n8n helps me connect and action data in high context, high impact automated workflows.

Best automation Tool ever

  • January 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
n8n offers unparalleled automation possibilities, from simple tasks to the creation of complex workflows and even complete applications.

The community is highly active and makes it easy to quickly master the tool, provided you invest some time, of course.

The platform quickly adapts to new technological demands: the implementation of AI agents has been a game changer for many users.

And let’s not forget the option to install n8n locally on your own server, allowing you to create custom nodes or leverage those shared by the community.

Long live n8n and all the flow creators out there!

May the flow be with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although n8n is incredible, the barrier to entry is slightly higher compared to other tools. However, with a bit of time and effort, everything can be learned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provding automations that help to save time and money for me in my personall life and for my company

Easiest way to get starded in the automation age

  • December 31, 2024

What do you like best about the product?
Use it in the cloud or locally; you are in (cost)control!
What do you dislike about the product?
Every low-code solution has the constraints of a low-code tool. If you are building diverse solutions, you will now and then run into the boundaries of what's possible, and you have to work around it. But I have used most of them over the years, and this drawback pops up in all of them, AI or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduled runs, database and website updates

If you take away n8n from me, I’ll be furious! :)

What do you like best about the product?
n8n is blazing fast, innovative, and incredibly efficient for creating all kinds of workflows. As a RevOps professional, I rely on it to manage and optimize internal processes seamlessly.

What sets n8n apart is how quickly they roll out new features—it's one of the only tools where I eagerly read every release note. Although I’m not a developer, I know how to code, and n8n strikes the perfect balance between accessibility and power.

They also provide valuable resources, like AI-powered workflows, templates, and insightful webinars, all publicly available to the community.

I genuinely love n8n and can confidently attribute at least 5% of my business impact directly to using this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it’s tough to find flaws. On rare occasions, there might be a slight misunderstanding of how something behaves, but the documentation is solid, so these moments are extremely rare.

As for features that don’t exist yet—well, n8n typically releases them before I even have to make a request!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
n8n enables me to quickly produce MVPs, build data pipelines, and automate workflows to meet my business needs with ease. Its seamless integrations eliminate the need to create and maintain a dedicated infrastructure for hosting custom code.

Additionally, n8n simplifies the deployment of AI models and AI agents, making advanced automation accessible without the usual complexity. This has been a game-changer for streamlining operations and driving efficiency in my role.

An enterprise level game changer

  • November 27, 2024

What do you like best about the product?
This platform seamlessly combines advanced automation with LangChain expertise, creating a solution that feels both sophisticated and incredibly well thought out. It’s not just about LangChain or automation individually—it’s as if a master chef reimagined McDonald’s into a luxury dining experience: the same core offerings but elevated to a whole new level.

Every feature is carefully designed to save time without feeling overwhelming. For example, the precision in setting fields and processing outputs is outstanding—fine-tuned to perfection. After trying numerous other solutions, this one stood out as everything I could have hoped for and more.

The built-in AI agent is a game-changer. It understands the context of your project, providing insightful feedback that truly enhances productivity. This level of integration and thoughtfulness deserves a 10 out of 10.

I’m taking the time to write this review because I’m genuinely grateful for the effort the development team has put into making such an exceptional product. If you have the means, I highly encourage subscribing to the cloud version to support them. While a free version is available, this is a product worth investing in to ensure its continued growth and success.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I haven’t personally encountered this limitation, I can see pricing becoming a potential bottleneck. Unlike Make, which charges per action, this tool charges per workflow execution, allowing you to include hundreds of actions in a single workflow. However, because the tool is so effective and user-friendly, it’s easy to get carried away and add more workflows, which can cause costs to increase quickly—especially at an enterprise level.

That said, the value it provides is undeniable. While I wouldn’t call it cheap, it’s worth the investment for what you get. On the cloud version, costs can add up, but it’s still a practical choice for production-level use cases, where the benefits often outweigh the expense.

Alternatively, the self-hosted version avoids recurring costs but comes with its own set of challenges, such as requiring technical expertise for setup and maintenance. If you’re using this tool for more than personal projects, the cloud version is likely the better option despite the expense. It can be costly depending on your usage, but it’s by no means unaffordable for the value it delivers.

What do you like best about the product?
n8n is super flexible and makes it easy to automate all kinds of stuff. I love that you can use it without coding experience, but it still has a ton of power for advanced users. Plus, the self-hosting option is awesome if you care about privacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features could use better guides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of basic tasks, saving time.
