What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and powerful tools. Support is very prompt and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found any as of yet. If I can nit pick one thing, I would say the chat support screen blocks the window so sometimes chatting and making changes is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JC is allowing my client to organize devices and manage them with the control and policies they like. Its easy for me to onboard and monitor.

JumpCloud is great for unifying user, device, and access management across platforms with a cloud-native, easy-to-use interface. it good and user friendly gui is helping on the ease of use and implementation also simple. we are getting the timely and effective customer support. integrations are easy with google and other platforms. we are using he service very frequently

JumpCloud can be limited in customization, has fewer integrations than some competitors, and its pricing can get expensive as you scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solves the problem of managing users, devices, and access across multiple platforms from a single cloud-based directory. This reduces IT complexity, improves security with features like MFA and Zero Trust, and saves time by automating routine tasks.

JumpCloud has a lot of Policies (Windows and MacOS) that greatly help to facilitate the administration of EndPoints. Also, the MDM to Windows and MacOS combined with authentication using certificates and Radius (All in JumpCloud), it is a good combination to centralize everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are from Latin America, and Some messages is only in English. It's something that can be improved

We have been using JumpCloud for 2-3 years, and our administration. Our work has improved a lot since then. The most important benefit in JumpCloud is have a only one site to administer user/roles and manage the all devices.

What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud can get pricey as you add more users or features. Some users wish reporting was more detailed. There is a bit of a learning curve, especially with advanced features. Its mobile device management (MDM) is improving but isn’t as strong as specialized tools like Intune or Jamf. Support quality can vary—some find it helpful, while others feel it’s slow or not detailed enough. Also, for very large or complex setups, JumpCloud may not offer as much depth as bigger players like Okta or Microsoft Entra ID

JumpCloud fixes this by combining users, devices, access, and security into one easy platform. Managing remote teams is also tough because users and devices are outside the office, but JumpCloud’s cloud-based system lets you manage everything from anywhere. Onboarding new hires and offboarding leavers can be slow and risky, but JumpCloud speeds this up by letting you add or remove users and devices across all systems quickly. It also helps reduce security risks by enforcing strong passwords, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and device trust policies to keep your network safe.
