Jump cloud has multi device compatibility it it is one of the highlights I use it as a all in cloud management system benefits are easy sorting of data

It is a nice all in one platform some times there is issue in viewing website in mobile browser mode

What do you like best about the product?
It has helped me with managing users, security and assigning assets to users. This helps mainly those with non technical background to ease their work.

Technical, I love this software and I haven't seen any negative which I feel like disliking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing users account, assigning then assets like AWS, GSuits, security, managing their working groups and all.
Best Management tool for User Administration.
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud provides the most seamless integration of various user accounts in leading office suites. With the multiple authentications, the directory service ensures data security and a simplified user experience. It really comes to a blessing to pricing when it comes to startups where it offers free services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Service is completely unavailable to the free plan and it is sometimes time-consuming to the regular plans as well. Much of the procedures are rather manual than being automatically sorted out with computer algorithms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cross-compatibility of JumpClouds with all the widely used Operating Systems is indeed an excellent solution towards managing a large firm of different users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it's User interface very much, it looks so cool. Easy for management and organising. I hope this will be the best platform in this price range.

If possible to change domain name, it would be much more great

The user experience is quite good and its very minimal.Apart from random Crashes and other thing sover the website.I like using it. I LIKE THE WHOLE MINIMALISM.

The Ui sometines feels very buggy and it keeps on crashing. It makes us feel not to use it any more. Sometimes the website feels very slow and sluggish.for me personally the colours seems a little bright

The storage upload and download bandwidth were very poor. I experienced a severe latency issues when aceessing the data stored and Uploaded on to the drive. From google drive there was a professing time and I didn't like that.

Since JumpCloud provide comprehensive and flexible cloud directory platform for all platforms from windows to mac or linux. Its super easy to use as per my company requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up was just a bit difficult because the documentation was a tad unclear for beginner. It is confusing for new beginners such as my company is a startup and every one was new to this.

Jumpcloud increases security period! The easy authentication was rewlly helpful for our customers and they are really satisfied. This makes us extremely satisjfied with jumpcloud.

Very glad with the price and reliability of the services that I need. I don't use them all, but what I do use, I use them extensively.

Sometimes, the instructions can seem vague and I have to assume too much.

Managing staffs and handling them without the need for a dedicated server on-premise.

The JumpCloud access management Technology centralizes our user administration for almost all of our organization's resources using a single set of credentials, allowing them to access resources swiftly and safely. JumpCloud, unlike traditional access management systems, uses cloud infrastructure to provide us total control over our user base from anywhere in the globe. It performs an excellent job, and everything goes smoothly. All we have to do now is unwind, and this instrument will handle the rest."
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud servers fall down time to time during the workday, creating severe interruption to our working environment and limiting access to our resources. Directory Insights is a valuable tool for me, and I'm expecting that in future updates, JumpCloud will improve the functionality and deliver something more solid, which is exactly what I need to do my job more effectively.

The ability of Jump Cloud to synchronize with G-Suite streamlines account creation and allows us to keep track of the devices customers are using without the need for additional software or a manual list.
