Nothing Else Like It!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly for the tech! All other software of this nature that I've tested is too complicated and basically needs an IT department independently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. It is very user friendly and straight forward with great tutorials on how to use the software. I'm sure I will find ways that it can be approved but that is normal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Device management was the main problem and JumpCloud has come in to save the day 100% with that issue. We can offer remote support now as well. Highly recommend.
Exciting product
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud makes it effortless to handle user and software management, as all data is consolidated into a single location. Adding or removing user access is a simple and uncomplicated process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be convenient if the admin login could be accessed from the same location as the regular user login. Additionally, it seems unnecessary to have a distinct email for the admin user, which can be confusing and require additional time to switch between accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to access a tool that enables granting access to various other tools is incredibly beneficial. Furthermore, the ability to block a lost or stolen laptop and prevent unauthorized access to vital company information is truly remarkable.
Nice Tool. It helped us accomplish endpoint MFA quickly and with minimal effort.

We needed Jumpcloud for endpoint MFA and it provided in an easy and quick way with the added benefit of MDM
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your skill level, it can seem a little obtuse initially but anyone experienced with system admin tools so pick it up quickly

We needed MFA on endpoints to meet insurance requirements. Jumpcloud was one of the only platforms that we demoed that we didn't experience issues with and still haven't.
Jumpcloud made my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
As it is a user administration tool in the cloud, it greatly speeds up our day-to-day activities in integrating new users hired into the JumpCloud system, with the entire configuration being able to be done there in about 5 or 10 minutes. You then attach a machine to the created user, and all the configuration can be done within the portal to suit the specific sector it will work in.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an administrator of a large number of users, I sometimes doubt whether or not the platform can do a specific action, and sometimes, I do not have a direct channel or particular support for my company directly from JumpCloud to take away this pain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use JumpCloud as an SSO and access management tool, which serves us very well. It tends to make our lives and work dynamic, increasing our productivity by making end-user service complete faster.

The free limit of users, although the Jumpcloud team offers great pricing as compared to other solutions.

IAM User Management along with 3rd Party Cloud Providers

Simplistic and intuitive interface with many options provided by JumpCloud themsleves (policies and patching updates). Great dynamic growth and new features implemented.

Support could be better and better management of Windows machines

It provides a lot out of the box packages and intuitive approach to them. Intergates with ABM and allow for better management of small to meedium fleet of devices

Pricing model per device and per user is flawed IMO

Some system upgrades didn't fully migrate with the APP or could fix some issues during remote control.

Password manager & SSO service that can store passwords are useful for companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is a phenomenal service that enables us to secure and automate most of our day-to-day tasks. From automated device enrollment and provisioning to key storage and single sign-on, it saves us so much time and frustration (if we had to use multiple systems). They are constantly adding features as well, and it's been great watching the platform grow over time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a young product that is constantly evolving, sometimes those growing pains do get shared with you. This is not the norm, though; overall, the platform is stable and reliable!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's about 80% of our entire IT stack all in one application. Before Jumpcloud we were managing all our devices individually and it was ridiculously time consuming. We first approached Jumpcloud mainly for it's MDM functionality (since it supports MacOS and Windows and we have a mixed device environment) but we quickly started using all the other features it has to offer to increase our user experience, automation, and security.
