Secure access to application and IT stacks
What do you like best about the product?
Identity management is the best feature when I think of JumpCloud. The SSO is useful when we are employing many IT stacking and can access all the applications using one primary password and username.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing that I dislike about JumpCloud for the time being. All tools are working as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pairing devices and identity management work charmingly with JumpCloud. The user group allows fast and easy group policy management and will reflect all the users in that group immediately.
The best solutions for security and compliance
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud offers excellent MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) features that upgrade the security layers for access to the work application. It gives more security since it will ask the user for codes from their mobile phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works great and is up to our standards. I have no dislike for JumpCloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enforcing password policy to the users and grouping them for their access tier. The central controller makes it easy to manage since we only need one platform to view and amend the policies.
Fairly smooth implementation with some quirks
What do you like best about the product?
Centralized identity management for our hardware, across multiple operating systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup caused some intermittent issues for some of our MacOS machines, but it seemed to be related to outdated versions of the OS and/or other issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I am in love with Jumpcloud's convenience, affordability, and breadth of services. The setup is easy - it can be set up in any environment with minimal effort while still providing a high level of user protection. The integration with Google Workspaces was also great for us since we use that service a lot, but I appreciate even more their ability to connect computers and machines so users can easily log in. Finally, their pricing model seals the deal; no one on a budget should pass up this offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a user is removed from a device, there is no way to log in and add another user without FileVault enabled. Even though this provides long-term security, it can take time to set up, so I wish there were another option available sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a mobile worker, and JumpCloud saves me time with its quick provisioning of computers and user management. Not only can I set up accounts quickly, but I can also create policies to cover multiple networks in no time.
Easy to start and use
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, JumpCloud is an excellent solution for organizations looking for a reliable, easy-to-use, and comprehensive cloud-based directory service. It provides a high level of security and flexibility, making it an ideal choice for businesses of all sizes. If you are considering JumpCloud for your organization, I recommend giving it a try. Extensive logging needs improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Extensive logging needs improvement. Logging is lacking and there are no reporting for logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Radius authentication and team secret/keys.
Fast and easy collaboration with Google Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
Cheap solutions that improve our IT stacking and reduce the overall cost of our IT software budget. Importing identities for our former HR software can be set with one clicking.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud is helpful. I don't have anything that I dislike this time around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud simplifies identity management so I can use one login details to access all other software and platforms. It reduces the tickets generated by workers asking to reset their passwords.
Leverage the cloud for cost-effective directory services and systems administration
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has been a great asset for us because of the cost-effective cloud directory and IT management it provides. Not only is JumpCloud incredibly easy to deploy, even for small organizations, but its range of policies and security settings allows for extreme customization of the rules set for users and their machines. We especially appreciate having more control when it comes to enforcing encryption on every computer system on our network, as it provides an extra layer of protection that all businesses need these days. Overall, we've discovered JumpCloud to be a perfect fit for our organization's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team and I are not fond of JumpCloud when it comes to remotely running commands or scripts. Windows systems have a 25 percent success rate, and error messages provide no useful information to help troubleshoot. Our need for this particular feature is limited, so we have created workarounds to be able to use it properly under certain circumstances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With JumpCloud's local RADIUS solution, I can avoid tedious tasks such as managing certificates, saving me time and effort.
Such an easy User Interface
What do you like best about the product?
i like how intuative and easy to use the jumpcloud platform is i have used this for many of my work sites and i can honestly say its a breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
i would like to suggest a feature in which suggestion can be added as well as feedback to help better transition the software to an even more easy platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it somewhat automates the process and enables my team as well as myself easier ,more understandable formats that we use for creating user accounts as well as account management
Perfect for stacking IT solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is helpful with JumpCloud. I am really satisfied with the level of professionalism that JumpCloud's support team is helping us set up the platform and integrate it with our current IT solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has issues with password synchronizing with our other password management software before this. After a few update and tweak, all the problem is fully fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processing a new identity and password privilege for new staff was to be a problem for us. We need to set up a new credential for every software, which takes time to accomplish. Using JumpCLoud's SSO tools, all we need is to set up one identity that can be used to access all other software.
Much easier software for me to handle
What do you like best about the product?
Modern and feature-rich Active Directory makes management much more easy to handle and has effective tools. Migrating our previous settings for password policies and user identity to the software is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep, and many new tools must be studied and learned. After two weeks, the platform is ready to operate and fully utilized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unifying all our password management software and cramped it to only use this platform. I manage to standardize the policy that can apply to all user groups or particular access users. No more juggling between the different software anymore.
