  • June 08, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about JumpCloud has just been it's ease of use. It has a very friendly user interface and is easy to navigate. Along with this I like how seamlessly the management software pulls up on our fleet.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I think that it is very easy to use there was definitely still a learning curve that had to be overcome after switching to JumpCloud. It took a bit to get used to but overall was a pretty easy transition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is being used currently as our MDM for Macbooks in our fleet. This helps us keep our fleet secure and easy to manage which is helpful in a company with 1500 individuals.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud makes it easy to manage identities on a variety of computing platforms. Single sign on and MFA are made easy with their easy to use web interface. And their support team is always responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found that JumpCloud has some substantial limitations when it comes to integrating with an already existing Active Directory environment. It seems like JumpCloud fits best in an organization that wants to go all-in on their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helps us manage user identities on diverse computing platforms. It also provides easy to setup MFA and single sign on tools. We're also excited about potentially leveraging some of their new features like remote access and password manager.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to use
- Integrates with Google Workspace
What do you dislike about the product?
- Price is getting less competitive now that Microsoft Intune can also deploy policies to MacBooks.
- Constantly ask for features that we'd like to have but usually add those features to the most premium packages and does not improve current offerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having our devices in a centralized management system, regardless of OS and managing their security posture.
