Working Better After Updates
What do you like best about the product?
Most of the time JumpCloud just works. The members of my team who are less than technically inclined are able to use it without too much of a problem. I look forward to seeing what else it can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, we're a Mac based office and it seems like it takes longer for features and fixes to come available on Macs vs PCs. This is a general problem throughout the industry though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solves several critical problems related to user management and access control. Firstly, it addresses the challenge of sharing multiple passwords among various administrative staff members. By providing a centralized platform, JumpCloud eliminates the need for multiple passwords and allows for secure and efficient management of user credentials.
Additionally, JumpCloud offers a seamless solution for resetting staff logins. With its user-friendly interface and robust functionality, administrators can easily initiate password resets, saving time and reducing the burden on IT teams.
Furthermore, JumpCloud simplifies the process of disabling access for former employees. By streamlining user deprovisioning, the platform ensures that former employees no longer have access to sensitive systems or data, enhancing security and minimizing potential risks.
Overall, JumpCloud's solutions bring significant benefits to organizations. It enhances security by eliminating the need for shared passwords, provides efficient tools for resetting staff logins, and simplifies the process of revoking access for former employees. By addressing these challenges, JumpCloud improves operational efficiency, reduces security risks, and empowers administrators to effectively manage user access.

An IT administrator's swiss army knife
What do you like best about the product?
The cross-platform mdm compatibility and centralization of administration is crucial in a modern workplace. The agnostic approach to management is invaluable. There is an impressive pace of added features and improvements that demonstrate JumpCloud understands their customer's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support can be slow and often unhelpful in addressing issues and questions due to heavy reliance on email communication. Support responses often just refer you back to their documentation which is sometimes incomplete or difficult to understand. A great depth of knowledge and technical ability is needed to administer effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud provides cross-platform MDM that gives our employees the choice and flexibility they want while allowing effective and centralized administration.
Affordable and Robust
What do you like best about the product?
The affordability and scalability are amazing. I'm able to maintain more computers, and remotely, at my small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote access tool is a bit weak. I appreciate that it's browser based, but it's performance can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supporting two organizations, I'm able to provide better access and support to both without exhausting extra effort.
Why Jumpcloud
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud works great as a domain structure. Being in a cloud structure provides great convenience for all our controls without a server. It is indispensable for us, especially on the aws side. It has an easy and understandable interface. Indispensable for the company in terms of Mac management and mdm controls. Thanks jumpcloud for the constantly renewed structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are many users in groups, computer startups slow down. It needs improvement in terms of user experience. It can be annoying that users in the group remain as accounts when the program is uninstalled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we've eliminated our user and device management probes. It was like a miracle to be able to solve our access and sso problem on the aws side without any problems.
Jumpcloud review for G2
What do you like best about the product?
As a security engineer, Jumpcloud has enabled me to work smarter and invoke enterprise changes to enact my security policy. It combines 3+ other tools I would need to do the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting features for users, workstations, and compliance are less mature but they have made strides to iteratively improve since we first started using the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our identity provider (IDp) it seemless interacts with our other identity and user management tools. It also manages our MDM compliance with workstations, passwords and endpoints.

What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, before using Jumpcloud we used various SSO but Jumpcloud is best and no reason to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single sign in managment. IAM and organization managment
Best Option for low start up cost bussiness
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and deploy. Out of the box policy's and device configurations. I love the MSP portal as you can standardize configurations for your clients. Best in class.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if jumpcloud adds more features for there MDM offerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud solves my Identity Management issue. With jumpcloud I can remotely wipe devices, remove users from devices, password reset all user applications that have SSO, LDAP or Radius authentication.
Great solution!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of JumpCloud is its ease of use. The user interface is intuitive and well-designed, making it easy to navigate and find the features we need. Setting up new user accounts and managing their access to various resources is straightforward and doesn't require extensive technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some communication issues at first with the sales team. It was solved eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A major benefit of JumpCloud is its extensive integration capabilities. It seamlessly integrates with popular SSO providers and supports a variety of authentication protocols, allowing us to leverage our existing infrastructure and provide secure access to our applications. The integration with cloud services like G Suite and Office 365 has also been seamless, making it easy to manage user accounts and access permissions for these services.
Just great
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and manage. An excellent surprise for managing Windows, Mac and Linux in one shot, and we trashed AD for both internal and remote users. One place to work on user access, permissions and security. Also, the SSO with other applications is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very few dislikes. For me, the reports and logs need to be improved; in particular, LDAP logs lack essential information, i.e., source IP. About reports, I think that one helpful report could be the list of installed applications instead of using the Powershell commands. But the product is young, and I'm waiting for the following features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all: the decommissioning of AD which for remote workers was a problem. Second: we dismissed our local datacenter and put everything on Cloud, so users have one centralized place for passwords and to login with SSO.
JumpCloud is awesome for managing accounts in AD
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is the best part. It is simple, easy to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little difficult for me to get setup but once that was done, it was easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
