Great platform, not so great Support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to deploy and maintain. Easy integration

Great wholistic solution for IAM
What do you like best about the product?
There are lots of features that can work in coherence to ensure that identity and security are maintained at the same time. Some of the main features include User Management, Device Management, SSO, MFA, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a feature for doing Patch Management. However, the solution is still in development and if that is deployed and made available, that could be a game changer, along with a central dashboard for overall details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud being a core IAM solution, has multiple options to ensure things are secured. We are mainly using the solution for Identity and Access
Great Tutorials and User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
As an organization that does not have a dedicated IT administrator, the in-app tutorials and guides were extremely helpful in getting started

Can be complex and difficult to use at times

Managing our iOS and MacOS devices to prevent end users from breaking the current configurations

User friendly interface, real time - check in, deployment agent is straight foward and direct

AI bot for troubleshooting doesn't understand technical issues as well, knowledge base can be updated better

Interacting with customers and customer service
Very easy to use and very good interface

The GUI is a lot better than other tools and customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to sync with tools outside of jumpcloud but it is still better than other tools that are in the market.

Nothing that I can think of at the moment.
Friction less secured access
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud insights with all identity , access and device features are the best applications with friction less access is the best solution which is best to pitch to customer
What do you dislike about the product?
There is biting to be disliked the best part is it's supports all the 3 OS which the keypoint to customer.and consolidating all the patch work tools is also main keypoint so there is not dislikes as such
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jump cloud is single sign on and the best MDM solution which I have used so far with all the identity and access management with consolidated pitch work update

It allows me to manage my organization's users and workstations without the need of an Active Directory server.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like telephone support to be more readily available.

JumpCloud is helping my organization become HIPAA compliant.
Good features locked behind a clunky interface
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has support for multiple operating systems, including Linux, which few others can offer. There are plenty of features that make it possible to deploy across dozens or hundreds of endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit clunky and makes it very difficult to actually deploy in many ways. It claims to be a Linux MDM but this is fundamentally not possible, and JumpCloud doesn't overcome this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it as a way to manage our Linux endpoints for security and audit purposes, manage and enforce certain rules around authentication, as well as set lockout durations.
Great Cloud Directory / MDM tool for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, community supporting the software and continual updates to the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Linux MDM support yet, there aren't any major flaws with JC and I've been very happy with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one solution that works with both MacOS, Windows / GWS and O365
Jumpcloud is an excellent solution for cloud based user authentication.
What do you like best about the product?
The upside to Jumpcloud is the integration aspect with both on prem services and cloud providers such as Google Workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumpcloud can be a bit pricey depending on feature set that is being implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest features in use is radius authentication: Jumpcloud allows users to connect to wifi using their personal login information. No more need to publish XYZ different passwords between buildings. The staff love it!
