What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup policies over all devices. Separation per team and device type
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to reset the laptop without loosing the Windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track each person if their laptop is updated. Very important tool when someone is leaving the company and you can shutdown the device

JumpCloud is an easy to use IAM with a more than generous free trial and support

The free trial and the easiblity of being able to set up IAM groups within the platform

Adding the groups and members can be confusing at first and making sure that the sync is properly updating

We are able to use Jumpcloud to test users in our IAM instance and to set up test cases easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful to keep a track of all devices of the organisation, it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so much features we don't know where to start. We're paying for the full price but at the end we only use it for our devices.

For SOC2, we needed to gather all our devices and check if they have encryption and antivirus. Also it helps to be able to lock them when the person leaves the company without giving his/her laptop back.
Easy to manage MAC and Windows PC
What do you like best about the product?
Centralized management of Encryption keys for MAC and Windows. Remote management is super cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure I followed the process correctly. Somtimes I faced issues while remote wiping the device which was logged in using personal apple account. Is there any way to disable that feature using jumpcloud?

Remote management, Encrypting the drives and adding more seucrity to our environment.
