centralized platform for cloud-based directory
What do you like best about the product?
Simplified identity management - JumpCloud provides a centralized directory platform for managing users, devices, and access controls. This can replace complex on-premises servers and allows easy provisioning/deprovisioning of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited phone support - Phone/live support is only available for 24/7 emergencies. Some customers prefer more readily available phone assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplified user provisioning - With JumpCloud's centralized directory, I can easily add/modify/delete user accounts across all connected systems and apps in one place. This saves me time compared to manually managing identities.
Good experience so far
What do you like best about the product?
I like how its admin portal is easy to navigate and I like its functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant find anything I dislike at the moment with Jump Cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefitting our customer who is moving off a physical server and is making that transfer rather seemless.
Convenient and easy to configure
What do you like best about the product?
The OpenLDAP or any LDAP is a hard to install and configure software. JumpCloud has simplified it. Its already installed an LDAP server and available to use on the cloud. This saves a lot of overhead for business. They do not need to worry about managing the LDAP server. JumpCloud does it for you. Whats nice is that it can be integrated with other SSO products like Keycloak very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I really disliked actually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud primarily removed the burden of maintaining our own LDAP server.
Jumpcloud has truly transformed the way we manage our IT infrastructure.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ease of implementation, ease of integaration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not realy feel that, there is something i dont like about jumpcloud.

Onboarding and offboarding of user

What do you like best about the product?
The MDM aspect it brings when maintaining Windows and Macs. It makes the management easy offering different tools and features needed for our IT team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I lacks granular features for patch and security management of devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us solve our MDM issues and patch management for the organization.
Solid MDM for Enterprises
What do you like best about the product?
Jumcloud is not only a fantastic MDM, but an incredible IDP, which allows centralized identity management. The support level and available documentation is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring and tuning Jumpcloud can be challenging, particularly if the organization does not have clear identity management policies and cybersecurity posture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our set of cybersecurity policies for end-user devices in alignment with our compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) is much more effective and efficient with Jumcloud.

How easy the switch was from our old sys.

None, everything has been smooth sailing.

Everything is seamless and integrated into one system.
Making IT Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The centralized portal for multiple operating systems vs. seprate MDM solutions as well as the knowledge base is super user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any dislikes with the product yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping consolidate MDM platforms, SSO capabilities as well as directory integration.
Extremely Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud has a very user friendly UI and has so many rescourses to help you along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumpcloud is amazing so I wouldent say I disslike anything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud helps us manage computer invintory and provision software to our users. It also helps us help remote users with remote assist..this has saved so many hours troubleshooting.
Easy management of multiple clouds
What do you like best about the product?
An ideal and innovative solution for managing multiple clouds in a simplified way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration with solutions that don't allow SSO or SAML without using JumpCloud's password vault
