What do you like best about the product?
DaaS - Getting rid of Microsoft AD was a huge overhead piece that we just didn't need. Microsoft just wasn't a reliable partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i can think of is radius. Sometimes its slow...oh and the app search within the mdm takes some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the above. It's the one stop shop. it simplifies life!
Good but buggy
What do you like best about the product?
The password manager along with it's extentions are pretty good and handy to use. Its also easy to manage users on a large scale and monitor several systems as a system admin with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several bugs which annoy me when I try to use JumpCloud. One of the most annoying one's being that when a device is given sudo previledge, and saved, the access is not reflected after saving. After multiple attempts, it begins to work as expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to have a secure network of devices which are isolated from attacks. It prevents any sort of data breach attacks since we can lock our computers and delete the data whenever a breach happens. We are also able to manage all our device IPs and model specification along with other metadata at one place

What do you like best about the product?
It works!
The documentation is spot on and the support team have never failed me. It works as described, not always a given these days.
I am confident in implementing this in new clients, it's easy to integrate.
We rely on it frequently to solve issues or to leverage the tools to improve our day to day management of our clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more advanced certifications available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Particularly the MDM offering lets our team write policies and controls to safeguard, update and monitor devices easily. It greatly helps with Cloud Directories such as Google, 365 to have a single sign on for devices and to enforce MFA.

What do you like best about the product?
Support was quick to respond and helpful when there were issues. It was easy to adjust employee computers and to enter them into the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accounting department was a huge disappointment. It appeared they only knew an automated response and were not customer oriented. Integrating the systems after an update or license change did create hiccups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The password option with Jumpcloud was nice and useful for a safe way to store passwords, but could be improved upon. I am not sure of what improvements are in the works to answer properly.
JumpCloudworks very well. Mac client allows users to switch networks.

JumpCloud allows us to do a lot with pc's and Mac's. my business uses Apple computers to support the marketing and it makes it very easy.

It requires a mdm policy for MacBooks. I wish it was as easy as pc

It allows the password to be unified. Meaning users can allow their account on any pc.
A Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to import users and set up password syncing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about jumpcloud, especially how easy it is to teach end users about how it functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the ability to have a single login on multiple platforms. It allows us to have a single console where we can control access to resources. We can revoke them at any point.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about JumpCloud is how seamlessly it brings everything together — user management, device control, and security — all in one intuitive platform. It’s reliable, easy to use, and backed by excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. JumpCloud has been reliable and easy to use. If anything, I’d just like to see even more integrations added over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helps centralize user and device management, which saves a lot of time and reduces administrative overhead. Having everything in one place, identity, access, and device control makes daily operations much smoother and more secure.
Jumpcloud - the easiest and most cost effective SSO + MFA
What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy to set-up, it was cost effective, and it's really easy to assign users and deboard users as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
They had a couple of privacy breaches in the past, we weren't affected by this, but it does have an impact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy onboarding and deboarding of IT assets for new employees and offboarding employees. Easy to use Multi factor authentication, and single sign-on features. Updates are seamless, and overall a great experience.
