Jumpcloud, a growing IAM leader
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud facilitates user management by integrating with numerous systems and apps. The best thing about JumpCloud, in my opinion, is how easily it integrates with so many different programs and platforms, which makes managing users for our company really easy. Its security and adaptability are very amazing, and we can use the platform with confidence thanks to the great assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin panel navigation can be better, and support responses are sometimes not as good as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using it for various automations, such as Google distribution list updates. It also helps us manage asset inventory. User management and group policy are 2 major parts of any IT service-desk that can be easily fulfilled by JC.

I like the best about jumpcloud is all device management at one place. Also it has all features for management.

Nothing diunderstandslike about this tool. Helpful team to users requirement.

While JumpCloud integrates with numerous third-party applications, some users have observed that certain integrations could be more robust or simpler to configure. This can be frustrating when a particular integration doesn't function as smoothly as anticipated.

i loved the feature of single password to all application and daskboard of jumpcloud login page where i can see all application in single sheet. easy to access

if my cellphone is turn off i cant login to jumpcloud which i didt like it.

easy to remember password for all application which i user in day to day life.

Jumpcloud solved managing identities and devices. It allows to manage windows apple Linux and Android. Best features tool.
It works but missing a lot of important features
What do you like best about the product?
It can manage 3 types of OS linux, macOS, and Windows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not automatically update the hostname when device name changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, it's helping us with MDM of three different types of OS. The most useful feature is the macOS mdm for device enrollment for our environment.
Why use Jumf and Intune when you can manage similar (most) options from one dashboard

What do you dislike about the product?
Not mature in all phases, implementation of policies is a bit complicated

Password manager was managed with a 3rd party tool, we've moved it to be managed via JC. Allowing less overhead of dashboards.
