I found absolutely nothing lacking in jumpcloud, it's a truly outstanding product.

JumpCloud solves the challenge of managing identities, devices, and access across diverse environments by providing a unified platform. This benefits organizations by enabling seamless access control across various operating systems and applications, all from a single, cloud-based console.
It is very helpful software for Device Management.

At one place, It is best solution for device management and it has so many feature that is beneficial for management.

As per my opinion, There is no any deficiency in this tool. And easy to understand for team or user of this software.

Jumpcloud allows to manage all device like android, IOS, windows and linux at one place.

JumpCloud helped us to monitor all the sales team members mobiles management and identity managements.

I loved the Application but I dislike that they have less trial or demo period after purchasing.

Jumpcloud helped us to monitor all the interns and sales team at a single place. Now our team can collaborate at a single place which is very satisfied.

Web Applications integration is easy, user control & Management of the Company Policy.

For the beginners User interface may be vast and setup experience was difficult in my opinion.

At ease all the user of our company's can be controlled either it is mobile device or Identity.

It's not a very intuitive platform and I wish there were more readily available information on how to make the best use of the platform.

The ease of use and implementation. Very convenient application

The 2FA portion can be a little difficult for resets for the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of clients we have do not use a server so they do not have a traditional Active Directory. The nice thing is that it works with Windows and Macs in conjunction and you can setup MDM for both OSs
