Inventory Management by Jumpcloud
What do you like best about the product?
Managing the Inventory of IT Devices is too easy by Jumpcloud. It notes all of the Software and Hardware Details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumpcloud will not capture the ENS ID of Device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves me to not buy the any Inventory Tool to manage the assets. Its all taken care by Jumpcloud.
Remote Management with Jumpcloud
What do you like best about the product?
We can easily take the remote of the End device which is enrolled in Jumpcloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime remote will take time to display the End Device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote assist by Jumpcloud solves me to not to purchase the Licenses for any of the Remote application like anydesk.
AWS SSO with Jumpcloud
What do you like best about the product?
Single Sign On with AWS is the best Integration with Jumpcloud. In a single click am logged in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In AWS IAM have Integration we have to do the Multiple Manual Tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO with AWS solves me to not remind the credentials. All has been taken care by the Jumpcloud.

JumpCloud offers secure connections between the resources and devices. Tha integration of cloud makes it the best as cloud infrastructure is easy to maintain and manage.
And it provides quick replies on customer queries.

As a large organisation it is not cost effective and the interface is somewhat complex when it comes to managing multiple users.
Some advanced features are limited due to additional costs which is frustrating for a user.

JumpCloud solves the problem of managing user identities in various systems like windows, Linux ,Cloud. It provides a cloud based directory and a secure platform.
Jumpcloud Password Reset & Management
What do you like best about the product?
Give users the tools to securely reset or change their passwords, reducing the strain on IT help desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud supports so many integration, but may have a specialized or inherited system that is not completely integrated into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Depending on our service plan, i am experiencing differences in the responsiveness & quality of support, which may impact the troubleshooting process.

What do you like best about the product?
Zero Trust feature by Jumpcloud we are utilizing most to built trust in this Malicious World.
What do you dislike about the product?
The devices which are out of Support version in Jumpcloud, only left untrusted.

Am really out of worry because Zero Trust Policy has been applied on Jumpcloud Managed Devices.

Using command to perform bulk action on devices is the best feature for me & easy to create.

Command fails on slow performing devices.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature of Single Sign On is very much helpful for us. Not to learn any of the Login Credentials of App which is Integrated with Jumpcloud.

Sometimes it works slow and take some time to load.

Not to learn any of the Complex Password for any of the Application which is Integrated with Jumpcloud.
