strong RPA with knowledge based digital automation solution
What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism is a robotic processing automation solution used in software bots to automate highly repetitive routine tasks to increase the performance. Blue Prism is a very strong platform to work with it and accelerate the time to value by creating, testing and installing the strategy in few hours instead of in months.The could first design case studies increase the digital automation workforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Blue Prism is no doubt a very intelligent RPA.The automation system makes the things easy to manage, however the management of the bots on frequent level is really frustrating and every time it has to be error free.As it is repetitive process automation it needs an expert for installation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blue Prism is unify the human an digital work force. so it evaluate the human time to do the great things.The complex infrastructure maintain the security and compliance. Blue Prism provides the flexibility that a company wants for the future needs.

Great automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the simplest and most flexible automation tools on the market, it is more efficient and cheaper than other tools, the interface is quite intuitive and with the drag and drop tools, the tool can be easily integrated with any other desktop application , it also helps to automate different processes as they were funded, it also has many additional features like active work queues, I also like how easy it is to design the process using a workflow style architecture, it also always provides the best results with specific operations.

I have no problem with this tool, so far I do not find anything negative about it, it has only given me good results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform allows us to automate a wide range of applications, it offers all the functions that a business requires to automate, it allows us to establish contacts and discuss possibilities and opportunities, it also provides us with a faster design and development than other software, we can make our solution more scalable and reliable, it gives us many options to design workflows in a robust way, it also allows you to manage your automation processes in a very simple and effective way at the same time.

Blue Prism is one of the best RPA tool in todays market. Blue Prism is one of the simplest and flexible Automation tool. It Does not requires hard coding Knowledge hence even a person from no coding skills can get their hands on this platform easily. The best feature is drag and drop which makes it much simpler to code a logic or process. Setup is much easier and simple.

What do you dislike about the product?
As such I haven't disliked any thing about this tool , anyhow when multiple BOTs are schedule at a time it takes a bit longer to load that is depending on the internet connectivity speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Blue prism has helped to automate the repetitive task with much more accuracy and thus saving time. Data scrapping from web and pdfs and than maintaining it into excel with a standard format has become easy and thus avoiding human error.

One of the main goals behind a good RPA is to have a solution that helps you de implement fast and errorless for the go to market goals, Blue Prism do this by having a quick and efficient approach to RPA using top tech and nice adaptive capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the pricing could be better, as per covid pandemic many vendors should reduce a little bit their costs.

Crude and basic Operations process for onboarding and manage of Merchant documentation for a open e-commerce portal.

What do you like best about the product?
Blue prism offers an all-in-one RPA tool, the flow chart will be helpful to write the complex logics. We don’t need prior programming knowledge to learn or work on blueprism.

It need frequent maintenance and will take much time while multiple bots running.

We can automate the tedious repetitive tasks and execute without having errors. We have saved a lot of money and time.

Blue Prism offers an all-in-one and easy-to-use RPA tool that can be customized to meet your requirements. As daunting as the concept of creating bots may seem to beginners, Blue Prism doesn't require you to have any experience or knowledge in programming. The implementation of bots is done through a drag and drop method through which you can add a step-by-step process for your bots to follow when they are completing tasks that are too tedious and repetitive for human beings. There are flowcharts to help you keep manage your bots and see which ones are running. Blue Prism is quite secure and has a built-in feature to encrypt information that shouldn't be revealed such as passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that Blue Prism requires frequent maintenance. Additionally, in very rare circumstances, Blue Prism takes a really long time to load when you have multiple bots running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary reason we needed Blue Prism was to solve issues that were arising from having to do repetitive tasks manually. They can be so tedious and exhausting that they took longer than expected to complete and there were instances were there were errors in the data caused by misspellings that went unnoticed. Once we implemented RPA bots, these problems were resolved due to their accuracy and speed in which they completed the tasks. It was a huge relief to let the bots handle the repetitive work so we could use our manpower for completing other work and projects. The benefit we realized is that we were able to save quite a lot of time and money, and also be more productive as we weren't burdened to do simple data entry and copy and paste work that we could relegate to the bots.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Blue Prism was a good addition to our company to assist in making our work easier and to lessen our burden. It's simple enough to learn to use and has been proven to have good scalability. I'd recommend Blue Prism for implementing RPA bots.

Blue Prism is a flexible automation tool that is easy to use and set up. You can automate both web and desktop tasks. Setting up automation is rather straightforward with a drag and drop tool using which you can design your bots. Due to the simplicity of the software, you don't need to know any programming to get started with it. Blue Prism has a 24/7 uptime so that your automations are running whenever you want them to. In terms of costs, I've found Blue Prism to be more efficient and cheaper than other RPA tools in the market while also delivering a better service and easier maintenance. They have a very competent and easy to approach customer team who are there to assist to the best of their abilities.

I have no complaints regarding Blue Prism. It's excellent and does its job for us at our organization.

We implemented Blue Prism at our company as we needed to reduce human labor in repetitive work. Using automations to take over such tasks has improved our productivity as bots provide more accuracy and faster results than humans. In the grand scheme of things, we've been able to cut our expenses and reduce the workload on our staff. Data entry work, copy/pasting, moving data from one document to another, scanning images for texts, etc have been relegated to bots for convenience as they're tedious work for humans and can be done quicker by bots.

I'd recommend Blue Prism as it's a good RPA software to implement automation to reduce the need of manual work for tasks that can be repetitive.

Blue Prism is a very good RPA tool for automating processes. It's simple enough to use as it doesn't require any coding to set up the automation. The interface is quite intuitive and with the drag and drop tools, you can set up your automation with ease. By a large margin, this is very useful in saving time and reducing the need to perform repetitive tasks manually. In addition, the accuracy of work and productivity is increased and results are produced quicker than that by a human worker. The RPA has zero downtime and works on a consistent and continuous basis.
Blue Prism support is also excellent. They're been very helpful to us in setting up the RPA tool at our company. There are plenty of articles and informative guides on their website as well as their forums through which we can resolve any issue we run into.

I don't dislike much about Blue Prism, but much like any RPA tool it requires a lot of maintenance and frequent updates to the automation.
