What do you like best about the product?
The Unbabel team creates a good relationship with you, supporting you every step of the way and making themselves available to improve the quality of their translations, and well as their overall service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not a lot of downsides, it has been working very well. The one thing we would like to see is the ability to translate from English to other languages, instead of just the other way around. This way, we could have non-English speakers support English emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all experience some peak seasons or unexpected volumes in customer service, and with Unbabel we can now have other language agents help out on the highest volume queues, allowing us to balance our response time to the clients.

Fast and reliable

What do you like best about the product?
The service is reliable and accurate. It's also fast enough that we can use it to provide customer support in multiple languages without hurting our response times too badly
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is quite expensive - every ticket costs roughly $4 to translate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can provide support in additional languages

What do you like best about the product?
I like the idea that besides the automatic translation, editors are making sure the translations are natural for the outcoming message to be understandable.

On the other hand, it's reassuring that you take our recommendations and feedback to avoid similar errors in future processes, according to our specific business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more information about QA reviews on the UBB portal to better deep-dive our strengths and weaknesses when using the tool - Maybe a categorization of the type of errors that are most common per language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UBB is mainly helping us to reach our final customers in their native language, so they have a better understanding of our product, services and process - Such a task is important to create good communication and a bond with our customers for them to trust us and feel comfortable with our service.

What do you like best about the product?
I likehow easy unbabel is by making the process of translating documents very easy, also document translation has been extremely helpful for business as well as personal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sworn translation can be a tricky subject and sometimes technical wording makes document translation a headache and I have noticed unbabel need to improve that specificslly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said before the document translation has been one of the benefits we have found as a company, but also the direct text translation is really useful for our workforce

What do you like best about the product?
In this short time we have been working together, everything has been organized in advance, meeting the deadlines and taking care at all times that we had an onboarding and a complete understanding of the process. The weekly meetings have helped us to set goals together at the beginning and to establish key dates for the development of the project. In addition, Unbabel has always been available for questions that may have arisen outside the established meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there is nothing to highlight, everything is working perfectly, but we know that the moment there is a problem we have the right contacts to communicate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive tickets from international users and we have integrated Unbabel so that our agents can communicate with them in 3 languages, for the moment. It has been a very short time but all our agents are happy with the result.

What do you like best about the product?
Seemless integration with Zendesk, allowing us to serve consumers all over the world. No need to resource extra headcount in local markets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Number of interaction minimum is higher than we need. Occasionally we are told that the translation is slightly incorrect, but it is a rare occurance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are receiving contacts from consumers and businesses around the world, and using unbabel to read and respond to questions.
