Unbabel: Fantastic team and intuitive product
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic client success and implementation team! Regular touchpoints with the team to ensure everything is running smoothly.
The fact that Unbabel has native integrations into multiple aspects of ticketing tools across different channels is a game changer.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great for support teams to be able to select if they would like a translation of emails to come back as an internal note before going directly to the client.
Also, some more options for transcreation with article translation would be good. The translations don't always sound like a native speaker has translated articles; users pick up on this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having Unbabel translate support interactions means we can roll out languages more efficiently. It also means we can keep talent in-house and close to the brand.
Work to implement but smooth from there

Quality of translations. Better than google.

No room for typos. Minor grammar mistakes or clerical errors will show.

Serving small markets and languages, balancing out fluctuations in volume to serve for big markets

What do you like best about the product?
I find it extremely helpful that the translation process has an extra layer of proofreading done by humans. Since the time we started using Unbable I could see crazy improvements in the quality of the translations, which often sound more human than something that is usually a result of a machine translation.
It's impressive to see how the machine translation learns from grammar and spelling mistakes in the source text and avoids reporting them in the result translation text.
Overall I really appreciate working with Unbabel team, which has always been so helpful and supported us in the implementation of the tool and still assists us in finding easy solutions to every problem we ever presented.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, my experience with Unbabel has been great but I would love it if the tool could welcome in an easier way the usage of pre-made text.

Unbable is giving the chance to not native speakers to be able to communicate with clients that speak different languages

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is reliable, fast and accurate. The translation quality is constantly improving. Unbabel has an amazing team to support you. Especially love their data-driven approach, fast reaction times and transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am mostly satisfied with everything. As for the reports, they could be a tiny bit more detailed in terms of quality (f.e. % of mistakes caused by human error, f.e. typos during input). However, the team behind Unbabel is happy to conduct additional investigations and sample analyses on demand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to improve our chat acceptance rate and reduce our backlog. They also were effective in scaling our operations with the help of Unbabel. They took ownership in making sure that the tool works perfectly (trained users, conducted investigations, worked on issues) so we could concentrate on focusing on our core business.
We have had a wonderful experience since we began working with Unbabel many years ago!
What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel is so efficient and the transaltion process for our FAQ's and macros has been very accurate and the turn around for translation is always so fast. We also have had a great relationship with our account manager who has always been so helpful in keeping our account up to date and making us aware of new features for Unbabel to make our experience even better!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not experienced any downsides to using Unbabel. We would definitely recommend using Unbabel to all our colleagues.

Unbabel helps us to effectively communicate with our interantional member base in an efficient manner without any language barries.
Quick and good services
What do you like best about the product?
The tool helped us a lot in answering customers in all languages, it's fast and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss an improvement flow of messages/text that was incorrectly translated, some messages are translated in the wrong language and we only find out after a customer informs us or asks another question.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing customer success team. They check in regularly and are attentive to any questions or concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. We have a lot less integration usage than we initially anticipated, however, we cannot reduce our numbers or downgrade our plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small team that handles all global inquiries. Unbabel is a quick method of serving the consumer in their native language without having to outsource our agents.
Pricely but really great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the relationship I have with my POC who is always trying to understand my needs and issues. Our language expert always listens to our feedback and tries to implement them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a costly option when you compare to other similar tools on the market such as Lokalise. The time to set up new languages is also problematic sometimes as it doesn't let you to be as lean as needed.

Unbabel allows me to not have to hire native speakers for a lot of languages, which really helps when it comes to low volumes but contractual needs to speak a certain language.
The care they give to the client is top-notch.

I like that we see the quality of the translations reported on the dashboard and that Unbabel also has human agents to help us with more complex translations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a bit on the reporting side on the dashboard, my eyes aren't quite used to filtering data by "subscriptions dates (This month's subscription, last month's subscription, etc). I think I still most prefer the customized dates

Helps us with not needing additional global agents and native speakers since it covers the translations for over 20 languages for us!

What do you like best about the product?
The team love that there is a real person translating, as opposed to a bot, their messages because they also help with grammar. It is also really quick an efficient and speed is really important in this industry! Customers want answers and they want them asap!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our agents do not use unbable on Sprinklr Live Chat. When they already have 3 chats going on simultaneously, it is difficult for them to have to open another window. We have a lot of systems as is so we would love to integrate it within Sprinklr
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again just providing us with translations in a super quick time frame. Particularly during peak when customers have the tendancy to be more impatient. The quicker we get a resonse from unbabel, the quicker we can go back to the customer and resolve their query. We also really love that we can translate our help centres, this means we can help more people across more regions. We want our brand to be inviting and unbabel allows us to do that!
