Unbabel is a very reliable tool for translation

What do you like best about the product?
Good quality of translation and perfect integration with Zendesk Support.
Manual Translations instead of Machine Translations.
What do you dislike about the product?
On a rare occasion, translation of text may take longer than we are expecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Unbabel in Customer Support for languages we cannot support in-house. This allows us to have a better quality of service.

L'intégration entre Unbabel et Zendesk est transparente, c'est la solution parfaite pour nous aider à croître et à fournir un service client efficace. Cela nous permet de croître rapidement sur les marchés. Ce que j'aime chez Unbabel, c'est que c'est une entreprise très centrée sur le client et ensemble, nous travaillons très dur pour atténuer toute préoccupation concernant la qualité des traductions.

L'équipe est tellement axée sur le client qu'elle est très réceptive aux retours, ce qui est formidable car elle améliore constamment son produit.
Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de the product?
Les temps de réponse sont rapides mais peuvent varier d'un ticket à l'autre. Il serait préférable d'avoir un SLA défini plutôt qu'une période fluctuante.

What do you like best about the product?
The people involved in the implementation is what makes it the best part of Unbabel - big thanks to Ana, Christina & Melzer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is perfect, but the tool works very well for our needs. There are some limitations, but this is more to do with the tool we use to handle customer inquiries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping the team in being able to get back to customers quickly and efficiently within our ticketing tool without having to copy and paste from a serpate translation site

What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel allows me to have highly qualified agents regardless of the language they speak.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any problems with Unbabel.

Thanks to Unbabel, we can have highly skilled agents in all the markets we operate, optimizing resources and avoiding problems of lack of coverage with one language or another.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using Unbabel allows us to focus on what really matters, the customers. The accuracy and speed of the translations and the availability of the sales and support team are a great addition.
We are always available, regardless of the language in which we have to communicate with clients.

Eliminate need for native speakers

What do you like best about the product?
The product: It's super easy to implement (set it and forget it).

The results: We have eliminated the need to hire native speakers, saving us money every month.

The team: Unbabel offers friendly, knowledgeable, prompt support when you need it. They're also proactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a tad buggy once in a while, but problems are truly rare.

Not having to hire native speakers saves us time and money.

We're able to focus on providing excellent support to our customers worldwide without worrying about the language barrier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internal machine translation for incoming email tickets has a high potential of being accurate and comprehensible, especially for Japanese translations.

What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel system is rapid and effective and submit translations to our users minutes after the request is sent. Also, the customer support team at Unbabel is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of the translations is not ideal at times.

High quality of service that provides peace of mind

What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel allows our business to provide an amazing level of service to our users regardless of the language they speak. Our company's website is localised into seven different langauges and we receive many emails daily in a variety of different langauges. Unbabel takes away a lot of the stress of having the right staff member on at the right time who can write in that language. Knowing we can rely on Unbabel during these moments provides peace of mind as the translations sent back to our customers are generally of a high standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally translations can be a little inaccurate. It would also be great to see Filipino added to the list of languages that Unbabel can translate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we provide 24 hour customer support, Unbabel ensures that our users receive a high-quality response even when we don't have a staff member available who can write in the customers' language. This ensures that our SLA's for first contact response are consistently met.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quick, reliable and peace of mind are how I would describe Unbabel's services. The level of service provided by the Unbabel team and their product leaves me with no doubt that we made the right choice going with them.
