A tool for the future
What do you like best about the product?
The translator is intuitive.
The saved chats feature is very good because you can go back to translate a conversation at any time.
Good option for ready-made answers
You can use multiple languages for translations and divide the case into different sections.

Ready-made templates are a very good option, but this database would have to be extended to improve functionality.
Some phrases need refining as they contain errors

Thanks to Unbabel I can go back in my translation history, which makes my work easier.

User-friendly, navigations are easy. The Smart Assistant is also a great help to not necessarily need to switch translations manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some translations are not accurate, and there are words that the one we are speaking to does not understand. It would be better if the language was native-friendly and had polite or formal words used instead.

Most customers are native speakers, so communicating with them in the language that they understand and is fitting for a business environment is good.

For me, the best part is the constant development of this tool. Additionally, it is very easy to use.

Sometimes you have to wait a long time for some translations. Small mistakes in the word prevent the whole word from being translated.

Thanks to unbabel I can solve the problems of people who write to me in a language I do not know.
I use it to translate from German to English and ViceVersa

The only competitor I use is google. but I would not compare as the AI used to translate takes a different approach
