Efficient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel has been proving to be a great tool for efficiency and readiness. Thanks to Unbabel we were able to handle more customers' requests within my team since it is very difficult to find people that can speak German.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I only see benefits from using this platform. I cannot point out something I don't particularly appreciate because the tool's been a great help for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, we had some minor problems integrating the Unbabel tool with our internal CRM system. Still, the Unbabel team was always very supportive, we had weekly meetings to mitigate the issues, and the Unbabel team fixed them.

Most of the languages are available but still there a few that would be also nice to have

The biggest highlight is the ease of use.

The sales process - the solution and demo, for example, could've been more enlightening given several stakeholders were unfamiliar with Unbabel's solution.

The multilingual expansion with less dependency on native speakers is key.

What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel was amazingly easy for me to get set up. A couple of calls, and their team took care of everything. They've set up their work within my CRM, Kustomer, and it works flawlessly.

So far everything has worked well with Unbabel. I've been really happy with their communication. I had one feature that didn't work as I wanted to, but after a quick email, they had updated my system and everything was working as I intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to communicate with more of our users in their local language without having to hire more expensive and harder to find agents with specific langauge skills.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particular, but if I’m forced to say, the legal process (before signing the contract) could have been shortened a little (?)

- With the MT solution offered by Unbabel, we can now expedite the customer-support process and handle more languages, which leads to more productivity and customer satisfaction.

The integration with our CRM is great. The platform available to us is very intuitive to make translation requests for different languages.

Probably they can go deeper into the integration with our CRM (SalesForce)

At the time we don't have any problems. When we have problems, we talk with our Account Manager, Martim, and he forwards to support, the answer is very fast.
Our business improves with this partnership because we work with so many languages, wtih this service we assurance that our clients receive our comunications with quality.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Unbabel. It is a great partnership. They alway seek to have a service adjusted to our business. We never felt alone in the deployment process. The customer support is great. The platform is very intuitive, and the integration with SalesForce works well.
Useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
It gives you the possibility to translate a document in a few hours with very high accuracy and no previous knowledge of that language. Also, the adaptation to your way of communication is pretty good

It's mainly based on English as base language. I understand the need for it, but it could be nice sometimes to go from one language to another without English in the middle

Easy customer communication without the need to hire a dedicated mothertongue.
A great integration for our customer translation needs
What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel integrates into our ZenDesk and allows our team to answer cases seamlessly regardless of the language our customer is writing in.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are brief windows when we experience an issue with a translation not being available, but honestly, this could be caused on our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an English-speaking customer support team based in the United States; we have customers all over the world and Unbabel enables us to communicate in near real-time with them in their native language.

As I mentioned, it would be important for us that accounts with multiple users have individual access with separated information.

I can guarantee the professional translation of property descriptions on all platforms.
Smooth translation experience
What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel integrates very easily into our existing software and workflows (Zendesk primarily). Ease of use is high, with minimal onboarding for new users on our team. Translations come quickly and accurately, allowing us to handle international and multilanguage requests with our existing team. Our unbabel sales rep is responsive and helpful when we have minor queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be inflexible, with a commitment to a minimum volume which can be difficult to predict for businesses with highly variable translation volume. Recent changes have improved this vs the old billing method. Lack of quarterly billing on annual plans is a negative. The Zendesk knowledge base integration is a bit more difficult to use than the core Zendesk support integration. The knowledge base tool is basic and can be slow at times. However it gets the job done and allows us to keep our articles organized and ttranslated effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use unbabel to allow our existing English speaking support team to respond to incoming requests from worldwide users. We also maintain our help centre translations. Unbabel allows us to serve clients worldwide with a much smaller team than we would otherwise. The new on-demand translation feature is very helpful, allowing us to do small, ad-hoc translations as required. This has led to us using unbabel in ways outside of our standard workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend unbabel for translation use with the Zendesk suite of software. Integration is quite seamless and requires minimal maintenance on an ongoing basis. Using unbabel for our knowledge base translations is a more manual process and could use some improvements, but overall it allows us to keep our articles up to date across all languages.
