Unbabels Translation lightens the load
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, easy to view and to install was not cumbersome
What do you dislike about the product?
The incorrect amount of automatic translations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is expensive and this saves us time; it's efficient to be able for us to allocate and decipher queries quickly. We only have to use one platform instead of two for the translations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a vast amount of incoming emails that are all language based I would certainly reccommend.

The fact you have worldwide languages experts that review our templates and improve it to a quality similar to real people answer

The fact that there has been no major updates on the product since we started to use it

Being able to have a standard customer care operator profile, knowing our basic languages and being able to provide support to all our markets/ clients/ languages

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the fact that it helped us answer our customers with an amazing language level without having to recruit native language speakers. This has revolutionized the way we think about headcount for written communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I can name something that I dislike. I wished the implementation had been faster but we have only gained from this partnership. We have actually working on developing this for other languages and other areas in the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That I am aware, we're not solving any problems with Unbabel. They have been very attentive to our feedback and the relationship was always smooth. We have been able to pass through peak season with steady results because we had people using Unbabel and providing customer support in a language that they did not have any knowledge about.
Great product and great service from Evelyn and the team
What do you like best about the product?
The tool allows us to have an extra tick up our sleave during times when we are struggling to reduce a backlog. But a good product is only as good as their team. We have had so much support since we have had Evelyn managing our account at discovery. We have learnt so much about the tool and she makes it easy for us.

nothing, We have loved the experience so far.

Unbabel Works Well for International Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel is a very easy-to-use solution for responding to users in multiple languages. It makes it easy for our agents to respond efficiently and effortlessly to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were available in even more languages, though some of the ones we need are a bit more obscure. I think that they'll likely increase the amount of languages available in the future.

We are solving the problem of responding to users in their own language to be fully authentic and translate properly.
Great for Help Center translations
What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel works pretty seamlessly with our Zendesk integration, making it really easy to submit articles to be translated. It's particularly helpful that it shows our article sections and highlights content where we've made changes that need to be translated. Translated articles come back right into our Zendesk queue, ready to be published with the click of a button, which is awesome. The platform is straightforward, and the new Portal with improved features has been an excellent addition. The ability to upload other types of content "On Demand" for translation is very convenient.
The Unbabel team is always super helpful and quick to respond, and we've noticed them consistently making significant improvements to the product over the last couple years.

What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to Unbabel is the inability to search particular phrases in the Portal and communicate with translators to fix or improve them. This may be a feature available to users with the CRM integration, but as we use Zendesk, this hasn't been an option. On the upside, our CSM and the Unbabel support team are always quick to respond and helpful when we have an issue. It would also be ideal to use more languages just in the On-Demand section than what's already been onboarded, but understandably so this is not the case.

Thanks to Unbabel we've been able to translate our entire Help Center to our necessary langauges.
It is a good tool and reducing your time when you communicate with your customer.
What do you like best about the product?
Fast translation, but the accuracy of translation still needs to improve more. The team should have the excellent transaction with short and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequent sentence still needs time for translation. The system should save it automatically and improve the translation time for similar sentence in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently we can see that the AHT is reduced, but we still encounter the long AHT sometimes. Hopefully, the team can make it better and fast translation comparing to other tools.

The attention and the fast API responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unbabel should have solutions to connect to the most used TMS in the world, giving customers the possibility to use their own TMs to maintain consistency, tone of voice, better terminology management, and money savings.
The business plans should also be adapted by companies needs. Not always buying tickets is the ideal option.

What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel is easy to set up and operate, the integration with our systems is smooth and effective. The quality of the translations is very high and the translations are turned in quickly and accurately, which is essential when working with a strict and fast SLA.
The Unbabel team is amazing, extremely responsive and helpful. their dashboards and data help us follow up on the different translation services and monitor usage.

What do you dislike about the product?
overall I am highly satisfied with Unbabel's service. Adjusting to new versions of our CRM could have been quicker, but their Technical team was very responsive and helpful and the migration to the new CRM was eventually a great success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we offer multilingual customer support, Unbabel helps us with increasing brand loyalty. Our customers know that they are contacting someone who understands them and their needs with no language barriers.
