What do you like best about the product?
Great app support, market place, developer tools, workflows and great simple UI

Support, true up and promocode apps are not generic and faulty

Onboarded multiple type of products with multiple rate plans.

Strong developer tools, work flows, market place and customisation

debugging and app updates are faulty. have many issues as we increase our subscription revenues.

offering our cloud products to the customers. payment gatekway integration.
Robust software, new features are super promising!
What do you like best about the product?
The new suite of services (such as workflows and data query) look to be super promising and I hope that they will allow us to streamline our business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the basic things we'd like to do aren't built in features yet. Such as placing an exchange rate on an invoice without having to use their one offered solution (very pricey).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in a subscription environment, so Zuora has been key to us allowing our customers to provision and onboard to the platform as quickly as possible, while also allowing for dynamic use charges (by unit, per usage, etc) so that our customers have more flexibility in their choices.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily calculate subscription billing, integrates to ERP

Weak SOX controls/reporting. SOC report I s always issued late. Per the community, customer been have asking for I’ve 3 years an audit trail report. Poor customer/community involvement.

Better billing workflow

It’s a great value Zuora has so many partners with pre-built connectors. Through partnerships they increase the value prop of their offering.

Lack of clearing and responsiveness from implementation team

Revenue recognition. Allows us to outsource this operation through a technology tool.

Very knowledgeable consultants and they assisted in solving issues quickly

Costs is a major factor and smaller companies may not afford

As an existing subscription business it can be a daunting challenge to move to Zuora, however once you are on the platform the value is clear

Simple navigation's, widespread support team to help in different timezones, detailed reporting. The new workflow feature with SQL squery support.

Could have more streamlined one source for zuora documentation, instead of googling for keywords and find the page.

Zupra has a very good approach towards consumption based billing. Please walk through the product catalog setups and how it could ease usage based billing
