Useful tool for subscription management

What do you dislike about the product?
the standard reports do not work. we have to use Excel to post process. Zuora should look into fixing the bookings and MRR reports.

Zuora revpro can handle large volume of data which help to reduce data management. With the right configuration and implementation, revpro does a great job for revenue recognition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need improvement on reporting and the flexibility for user to configure changes based on the changes on business model

Benefits are to save time to manage high volume of data for revenue recognition.

Tons of features, options are endless, evolving technology

Difficult to learn what all the features can do, support can be difficult to get in touch with and head back from in a timely manner, knowledge center is overwhelming.

Insights have been a great addition to our Success Team and provides a unique view into what's going on. A very beneficial tool!
Zuora is the best billing platform for clients growing subscription businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I love the continual innovation that is delivered to my clients. The application is every evolving and keeping its customers in mind. I love the new CPQ functionality and it is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales reps dont stay in touch with its clients. When it is time to upgrade clients are often confused on how they can improve their environment. Clients really need more affordable help and training for upgrading their environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a consultant and I implement Zuora for several enterprise clients to handle quoting, billing and payments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When implementing have a real POC with little to no customization in order to make an educated decision.
So far, the best ASC 606 tool I've seen on the market
What do you like best about the product?
I have implemented ASC 606 w/ approximately 6 companies, and I have seen ARM, RevPro and SAP RAR. So far, RevPro has the most capabilities out of the products I have seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially accounting for variable consideration (allocation) and material rights involved manual inputs, but I believe that this has been fixed in subsequent releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

A lot of data, but hard to use

The ability to bill our customers automatically

there is a lot of data in Zuora about our customers that I would like to access but it is not always easy to do so.

billing preview has helped us predict mrr

What do you like best about the product?
There is not much time required to complete the Zuora integration (generally with in 2 weeks)!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more documentation and screenshots that explain the set up required for a Zuora integration

Zuora is a great partner (SP) for us at Amazon Pay.

I like that there are quite a bunch of things that can be automated and integrated with other systems.
It is quite easy to use after you understand the logic
