New User learning RevPro
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to easily pickup RevPro reports and the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features/ reports I usually look at are burried deep in menus and not so intuitive to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using RevPro to run our business and track our revenue. RevPro helps us with SSP and allocation.
Use Zuora for volume businees

Integrated with sfdc crm. the zquote managed package

Explore more option to integrate zquote with other CRM. Did not get positive response

Integrating with new CRM the zquote.
RevPro Impementation for 606
What do you like best about the product?
The Professional Services team was super helpful and very easy to work with during the implementation process. The capabilities of RevPro have been very useful for us and we are able to automate even our more complicated revenue scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current version that we are currently on is not the most intuitive and may be a bit confusing to use at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of revenue recognition for new 606 revenue standards.

Easy to use Subscription Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration between Salesforce and Zuora so our sales teams can sell, upgrade and renew all of our customers.

Some of the Core Zuora features aren't always immediatly available right away in Zuora CPQ.

Streamlining the sales process and simplifications with sales options.

The ability to perform different reports for analysis, journal entries...very useful subledger

sometimes changing or customizing product rates are not intuitive

Zuora surpasses the pack. And it's not close.

Zuora not only offers a comprehensive billing, analytics and subscription management platform, but provides a great experience when it comes to customer success enablement and thought leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't say there is any aspect of Zuora that I dislike. They provide a fantasitc experience across all lines of their business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving subscription management and analytics issues within our SaaS platform. We have been able to gain a better picture of our customers while A/B testing which pricing models make the most sense to minimize churn and attract new customers.

Sometimes reporting is slow with large data volumes

Overall controls, bill & payment run functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting support for plugin services like Avalara when I have issues is much more difficult than it should be. Modifying subscriptions for changes is very time consuming. Reporting can often prove difficult.

Take your time to develop a plan & test the application & all features prior to going live.
