What do you like best about the product?
I really like the future state of what RevPro will be. With integration from Zuora Central would make adopting the new accounting standards really great! The new Zuora Orders features will seemless bring in revenue contract data in RevPro and allow automation of revenue recognition. No more manual spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I highly recommend upgrading to the latest UI. It is much faster and more modern. We are currently using the current UI and it is not as intuitive as we need it for our accounting folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving on cutting down on the number of days it takes to close on month end.

What do you like best about the product?
Thats the only solution out there which works best with 606. There were lot of functionality around waterfall and rollforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Current manual connectibity with Zuora but seems its gonna be more robost with Order

What do you like best about the product?
'The Zuora platform is purpose build for subscription business. Make it very easy to start and grow the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more capabilities to cater to advanced and complex enterprise subscription business model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zuora for subscription billing. The platform make it much easier and faster to get the business off the ground and up running

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility in product catalog configuration that supports a wide range of pricing options.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user of Zuora, I wish there is more flexiility in terms of configuring UIs for various transactions - ease of linking to certain objects in addition to showing various fields in columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a powerful billing engine to support our diverse business lines and ever changng business models. Benefits include providing a reliable reporting platform for organizations across our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can quickly integrate with all of their API's simply and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the standard functionalities have left the custom API, not so custom.

Super complete api, been working with the soap and looking forward to working with rest.

Not a lot, the soap api docs are old, looks to be better in the rest api world.

What do you like best about the product?
Zuora is user friendly and has a great user interface. It's great for managing subscriptions and integrates seamlessly with Salesforce quotes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is ok, but the fact that various fields reside in various data sources and cannot be combined is a hinderance. Also, subscription amendments can only be done one-by-one, which will hopefully change with their new Zuora Orders tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy revenue recognition and invoicing.

What do you like best about the product?
Zuora has added integrity to our numbers. We were deep in spreadsheets that allowed for too many errors and risk of errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting. But hopeful for some upgrades that will make things smoother.

our partnership with RevPro has been fantasic. However, there are many clicks needed to navigate through the system.
