Zuora is a useful Subscription Billing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup products. Easy to add custom fields to suit your business and easy to use APIs for fallout notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limit of 50 custom fields per object could be an issue when we have complex products and use cases.

Trial subscriptions. Subscription management.

Creating subscriptions and Billings in one place is so convenient. Overall the user interface is intuitive and easy to use.

Subscriptions can be inflexible at times

Go with it, it's a little engine that could. You put things in and it spits things out that you need.

Zuora integrates with other solutions like salesforce, avalara, and worldpay.

It can be difficult to upgrade to the newest salesforce package when there's been significant improvements to the object.

Having all our customer data in one system

Rethink current processes. Consider changing instead of implementing custom processes that aren't in zuora's wheelhouse.

A ton of features and easy to use after a short learning curve

Would be nice if I could move search input window from left side to right side

Excellent way to start with Automating Revenue Recognision
What do you like best about the product?
The simple user navigation, flexibility around making changes, less IT dependency and lot more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are areas where RevPro is still not matured enough like PS, Commisions and Royalty cost calculations. Yes, it does some part, but its not there for a customer to pick and choose as one tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently the company is putting too much efforts in the calculations for revenue recognision and the idea is to get on the latest standard of revenue recognision plus automating the whole folow to avoid manual intervension and reduce the risk of issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Zuora RevPro to others who are looking to get on the latest standard for Revenue recgnision, but I would causion to really ask what you need and make sure the product deliver. It works for most, but it may not full serve depends on the need of a customer.

The user interface is easy to navigate. Scheduling based on allocation works extremely well

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the quote characteristics and the reports. I think that the functions of Zuora are very solid and work according to my requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is poor and the integration with Salesforce is very deficient and cumbersome. It lacks good integration characteristics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some drawbacks of quotation and creation of reports. Although we obtained negative results with the integration with Salesforce, we were able to improve some aspects of our work environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Of course I recommend it, but I expected better results. In future versions I hope they improve noticeably.
