What do you like best about the product?
We like the workflows and the way Zurita is writing helping the company to have a full implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the zuora team does not look to have the experience needed. Also overbooked and assigned to multiple projects at the time. They go to the book and does not finish to put the client cap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the Illini, revenue recognition and invoicing.

What do you like best about the product?
Support is good. Billing and payments are handled well. And work flow feature is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Promcode app need lots of enhancements. direct ACH payments needs to be done. need more features in advance payment retry.

It's very to use as well as taking out most of my billing pro-ration issues

earlier it was not much customizable. but with new Zuora platforms it's going solve this problem

Modifications ease RevPro really helps use identify and report contract modifications.

What do you like best about the product?
Report generation is fast and there are a ton of reports available. I like the RC Workbench view in the new UI with all the tabs and reporting available within those tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really not being able to right click on a line in the workbench view to see other actions like in the old UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to worry about tedious activities like linking SO's and assigning POB templates

What do you like best about the product?
Revpro does seemless process of recognizing revenue as per 606 compliance. The allocations and SSP derivations and out off box key reports are great features to help companies to close the books faster

It is little painful to download the reports and takes long time to download each key report.

...a bit pricey and a huge commit if we dive deeper into the zuora platform

Zuora does what it should...
What do you like best about the product?
After migrating from an internal billing system to a 3rd party billing solution that almost killed our company, we migrated to Zuora. Quite simply, it works and we look forward to adding different applications as we grow. At this point, we have a simple product offering and do not need RevPro. However, I envision we will one day so am glad that Zuora is ahead of my needs - not the other way around.

I believe some of the reporting is cumbersome making it difficult to get all the stats on our business.

We are automating revenue recognition. It will allow us to grow with fewer finance people.
