RIVERSIDE MAKES PODCASTS EASY!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the UI you have designed super simple and sleek. The recording process and export process is nice and simple too. We are also loving the new Clips generator.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the download buttons are a little hidden and could be made more focal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it super simple for us to record our podcast with an all in one solution. Our guests are also finding it super simple to record on as well. The Premier pro export option is also a life saver as we edit in premier pro.

The interface is super simple and the quality output is phenomenal. As a host I have the capability to control the session and identify issues pre record which is invaluable in saving time.

Nothing poor to report. I have enjoyed the tool front to back.

My cohost and I live in different states. And in addition my cohost is not technically savvy. Riverside gives me the control to ensure high quality and takes the stress off of both myself as the host and the cohost.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of communication, I enjoy the magic clip testing, it's helpful. I think the platform is easy for guests and hosts even with no experience to get two people in a room to talk!
What do you dislike about the product?
I use a professional camera and the quality looks fuzzier and not professional as it does when actuallt recording. This is something I'm working out with the team currently, so I don't foresee it being a long-term issue because they're so responsive, and can help me understand what I need to do to improve the footage!

Quality content for my podcast, clips for reels, and better experience for my guests.

Riverside is a no-brainer for podcasters! The audio quality is so much better thant the traditioinal video conferencing platforms. Further, the features are easy to use and fun. Finally, Riverside has done an outstanding job of building real community. An absolute pleasure

Much better sound and video production. Being able to create clips and easily share them to social channels is extremely helpful. Further, being able to share with my guests is a game changer.
Took our podcast production the next level
What do you like best about the product?
We at Curiosity Continuum home grew our podcast from humble beginnings, figuring out how to make it work in bootstrap fashion. Riverside is the first platform we decided to pay for to help us at the recommendation of a trusted colleague who had used Riverside for years. What a difference. We have cut our post production time dramatically and recording and syncing is easy. Transcriptions are strong. You get a lot of creative leverage out of this platfom. We have been podcasting for years, and this elevated our production game.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a downside per se, but more of something Riverside should warn you about. We get charged foreign transaction fees for our payment, which after I was told that the company uses a place in the Netherlands (I think!) for their processing worldwide, that made sense. However, I wasn't expecting the charge. Some more overt messages and warnings about this would be helpful to the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eficiencies in post prodution dramatic, cutting out at least 60% edit time. Great at syncing audio over wonky internet connections, which saved sync in post production. Guests can easily join and it makes it more turnkey ready for such things. We are experienced podcasters and this made our workflow much easier.
