What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, none of my guests ever have any issues with understanding how it works, and most importantly for me, it reduces my editing and post-production time by 75% from what I've previously used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a little more customization in the editing, something that allows a bit more detailed options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both professionally and personally, it allows me to maintain quality without sacrificing time management. I used to spend hours editing and uploading. Now I can prep everything I need in one place before uploading to Spotify in a fraction of the time.

What do you like best about the product?
Recording is easy and intuitive. New features are even helping me get my lighting better and in the shot better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the picture in picture works and sometimes it doesn't. It would be helpful if it worked with other applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've noticed a lot of help in getting properly fit in the frame and getting the lighting right. I am very much a novice at recording, so this is extremely helpful to me to make sure the clips for social media come out right.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Riverside is always looking out for the consumer. Since signing up in 2023, I’ve been genuinely impressed by how quickly and thoughtfully they respond to user feedback. Riverside consistently updates the platform to better meet the needs of podcasters and other users. The features, overall design, ease of use, and integrations all feel like a direct result of listening to the people who rely on the platform day to day. My favorite parts have been how much easier editing has become with each update, along with Magic Clips, Magic Studio, and honestly, all the “magic” tools. What keeps standing out to me is that the new features aren’t just flashy or unnecessary. They’re practical, genuinely useful, and they make my podcasting workflow so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I’ve run into crashes or generally buggy days, but that’s honestly to be expected when you’re working with any recording platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over the years, they’ve evolved in a way that now covers almost all of my podcasting needs. I can do pretty much everything from one platform, and I really love that.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Riverside is how easy it makes it to create professional-quality podcast and video content without a complicated production setup. I use it for podcast interviews, virtual conversations, and content creation, and I especially value the high-quality local recording, separate audio and video tracks, transcription, and AI-powered editing tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about Riverside. My main challenge is that some of the AI editing and repurposing features can still require manual refinement to get the final content exactly where I want it. I would also love to see even more automation for turning one long-form recording into fully optimized, ready-to-publish content across multiple platforms. Overall, these are opportunities for improvement rather than major drawbacks.

Riverside solves the challenges of recording high-quality remote video and audio, managing separate media tracks, and repurposing long-form content efficiently. It gives me reliable recordings, a professional production experience, and tools that make editing and creating clips, transcripts, and other content much faster.
