Fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
AI features like Description, transcriptions with support to my native language (Portuguesa)

When I try edit AI clips and the site is down or I cant insert a video as background.

Riversides turn my job easier with all features by AI generated.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the speed of which I can create content.

I would like to see higher frame rates on video eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data storage, integration and production time is cut in more than half from manual recording/video editing. I can now produce more content at a faster rate.

What do you like best about the product?
Cut my podcast production time to recording time + 30 min of editing. Worth every penny.

There are technical issues that can pop up from time to time but has been overwhelmingly a good experience.

Riverside.fm is a brilliant platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use and the results are absolutely professional. Plus I don't think their engineers sleep. The constant new features and upgrades is truly exceptional. (Even better, they work as advertised the FIRST time)
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to experience any downsides with Riverside. After a few years of use too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside makes it super easy to be a credible and professional podcast host. It showcases a beautiful platform that none of my guests have had problems with. And editing is a breeze.

Better audio and video quality. I really like the shorts as well.

I would like to provide better editing for shorts- such as some transition effects and also do better with removing pauses and umms

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We've used Riverside for a couple of years now whenever we need remote recording for our podcast, and it's been very helpful. It's easy to use, it makes things simple for our guests, and it's been a cinch to acclimate our guests to the platform. Not only that, it has a litany of features we haven't even had to use yet, but it's nice to know they're there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that we've run into was recently, when we had a user try to use an unsupported browser on their Mac. It was resolved quickly, and using a different browser, we had an easy experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've got multiple people working remotely post-pandemic, and keeping a weekly production schedule for our podcast is getting increasingly difficult. Knowing that we've got a reliable resource whenever we need to use it really helps our peace of mind.

Super intuitive for guests, robust feature set for hosts
What do you like best about the product?
I've explored a lot of various podcasting studios and platforms and Riverside is hands down the most intuitive, with the best feature set. And they don't stop at intutive for you as a host, but make it so easy for guests too.

I haven't explored the editing feature set because I like editing visually instead of by text. It'd be great if I could reupload my files post-production to make use of those features. (Maybe you can, I haven't tried.)

Great audio for my podcast. And separate tracks makes recording so much lower pressure for both me and guest.
Riverside.fm - full service & easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside.fmn is a platform much like Zoom, only easier and includes features that are often required from stand alone platforms. Scheduling studio time is super easy to do. Recordiing quality is great . Editing is a breeze because the video is simultaneously edited, escpecially for cuts, as edits are made in the transcript. With one click you can get rid of filler words and um's. A great new feature is automatically getting short clips/reels that can be used in posts and as reels on social media. Plus, with the good tutorials, you can be up and running, implementing everything quickly. I plan to be using this platform for all of my podcast interviews from now on.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I can't say that there's anything I really dislike about Riverside.fm itself. It does mean another tool to get used to, but even after just one or two recordings I found it flowed smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have made editing so much easier. The transcript is provided and edits like cutting out pauses and filler words as well as longer sections of content can all be done directly from the transcript. The other feature that I really like is that clips of my recordings are automatically provided. These are great to use on social media or shorts on YouTube. Having this automatically done eliminates the need to upload the video into another product to get the clips.

1) Integration to Transistor.fm, which we use for publishing
2) Magic Clips where Riverside finds small clips and makes it easy for us to publish them to YouTube Shorts
3) Easily normalize audio levels and export
Overall, it's just a great tool to allow us to record our podcast, easily upload to our publishing software and make small clips for marketing. We use it every week.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) Our podcast is danish and the AI that translates subtitles is very poor, so we have to use other tools like Mygoodtape or Submagic for this as it's unreadable. It's much better in english, but not useful at all in danish.
2) I dislike that we need an enterprise account to have several logins and that, even worse, we can't even see pricing. We have to book a demo and talk to sales. I never want to book a demo and talk to sales. I just want to see a price and then determine whether it's attractive for us or not. Having to go through sales means that we're just not going to upgrade to enterprise.
