Replaced so many tools
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside's ease of use, combined with providing a full suite of tools and options, has resulted in cost savings and a better recording experience.

Providing a comprehensive solution to make it easier and faster to complete projects.
Really great experience
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is really easy to learn, and the output is very high quality. The training videos are thorough and well put together. It was no trouble to jump in, watch a little bit of training, and start turning out high quality video and audio content quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you have the highest tier, there are a few features that you can't use, but the middle tier is plenty flexible enough for my current purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a quick to implement remote video solution for doing interviews and podcasts. The people we need to capture are dispersed across the country and finding local videographers for each can be a logistical nightmare. Recording over a stream leads to a lot of quality headaches. With Riverside, the quality is high and the experience for the guests is easy and smooth as long as they have a little bit of knowledge about setup.

I love the fact that Riverside is so easy to use in its tools.

Time it takes to upload and process recordings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
simple and easy to coordinate recording sessions with guest. And not needing a login from guests make my job super easy to help them get on the platform.
Riverside FM made this struggling tech guy a podcaster!
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use! Recording a show, emailing invites to guests, and editing is easy peasy! The one time I reached out about my account settings, I was taken care of in less than a few hours. Now that Riverside FM has partnered with Spotify, my podcast goes right into the que without the long waiting uploads of the past. Making Shorts for social media it easy as well. Just cut and export! All the show features are there as well. Add in your logo, format the layout, add in cations and additional text and your show can look pro too! I record and produce a weekly show.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any hang-ups myself. Riverside does stay active on the creator's Facebook page to address any questions and is receptive to feedback from multiple users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hours of editing on a platform that isnt designed for podcasts. video editing software has come a long way but it is overkill for the podcaster.

Sometimes there is a lag that impacts on understanding in the moment of an interview

There person I was interviewing was able to access the studio with ease. Great editing technology as well.

More features like adding music and transitions. I may not simply know where to find these capabilities.

I love that this platform allows for remote usage. The accessability is very nice esspecialy while traveling.

I think it would be better if there was a way to edit each track individualy. I also have had a hard time with keeping people in the lobby. It kicks them out easily

Great Tool for Podcast Recording
What do you like best about the product?
Great for creating podcasts. It simple and efficient. The fact that you gret seperate streams for every person gives great flexibility during editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not options or controls for recording seperate tracks when more than on person in the same room

Makes creating podcasts super quick and simple

What do you like best about the product?
I'm just really happy with using Riverside. It's still fairly early days with my podcast Metabolic Balance ANZ but so far everything is going really nicely. I love how easy it is to schedule and send a calendar invite. The experience for guests is also super easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Couple of minor niggles - I'd love to be able to edit the calendar invite template. I'd like to be able to see my scheduled podcasts within Riverside and go to the studio at the right time from within Riverside. It may be that this is possible and just haven't found a way to it of course.

Really easy way to create content and use in mulitiple ways.
Most of the chat support sucks but Tin is a rockstar. Give him a promotion. let him manage people
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside is great when it works. Unfortunately, it is not beta tested with dumbasses such as myself. If you want to have a consumer product, you need to let morons like me use it. We can point out its shortcomings in about 10 minutes. I am sure there is real firepower here but none of your chat support people understand - or care - about the software other than Tin.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chat support Blows! Fire everyone but Tin and spend your cash on AI. Every time I have a question, some chat support person sends me a link to an article. After reading the erroneous article a few times, i go to youtube where there are more dumbasses who don't know what they are talking about. I highly recommend you revisit your chat support team. it is piss poor for people who don't ahve a degree in computer science. I am a business person who is using technology. I would not recommend riverside due primarily to the horrible chat support service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside is a good concept but the execution is underwhelming for someone who wants to create content and not study hours of FAQ and youtube video. Please make it simpler for the masses.
