Literally the best
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside has been an integral part of our podcast journey. I love the ease with which I can do all things podcast on one platform, invite guests, and have a professional seamless experience.
I have been using Riverside for about a year now and am really enjoying all the features.

What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some issues with guests not being able to use it - but I'm not sure why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing my retreat and other business.
Loving It!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the recording quality and the fact that even with internet hiccups and major issues Riverside records both attendees separately and does not glitch out! It remains solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the edit within Riverside was a little more in-depth and I could do more within in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording via Zoom has been a struggle with everyones internet issues. Riverside has solved that problem for us!

Great Option for All in One Podcast Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to download audio files, video files, edit on site, and receiving high-quality audio and video is key.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside I see is that it's Google Chrome Only. We just have our team notify podcast guests of that fact to avoid confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It cuts out a lot of other products & softwares with an all in one solution
Quick and efficient customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The platform as a whole is another level. Not only is straight forward for someone who doesnt have big experience about podcast platform, but the one that i love the most is you can make your video up to 4k video quality. That by itself is huge benefit. And also the customer service. I had an issuw with the sound of the microphone and although the mistake was mine, Emma was there to help me and guide me. Top!

The ability to have a 'studio podcast' in your house together with the great benefits they provide
Podcasting Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Riverside has everything you need to be able to have a successful podcast. It is easy to use, yet highly functional with a lot of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features I wish there were an easier way to get to learn them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an all in one place for us to be able to easily release podcasts epsisodes on a weekly basis in as little time as possible from beginning to end.
Very easy to use and great features
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside is great in that it allows to record high quality video over the Internet and also use multiple cameras. It's so easy to download the separate tracks and edit them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editing online feature doesn't allow for tracks to be lain on top of each other and the ai audio improvement feature isn't quite where I would consider to be useful.

Recording online in high quality.
Production Work Cut in Half
What do you like best about the product?
Since using Riverside.fm, my behind the scenes work has been cut in half...or more! My audio mixes itself, I can get high quality recordings of every participants video without having to awkwardly crop and resize windows through my old recording software, chapters are auto-generated, and it auto-generates short-form clips for me to share to promote my content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downsides are as follows:
1. My guests and I can't use Firefox or Safari.
2. Google Chrome can't use my iPhone's camera, so I've had to migrate to Edge. Id like to use the Beta app for Mac, but it seems to need an external browser as well in its current stage.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Cut down on production time (normalizing audio, capturing high quality video clientside, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
I like the 4k quality and the ability to edit in house. I also really enjoy AI generated clips and text-based editing.
The chat support is amazing as well. I really appreciate being able to ask questions and have real people to talk to. The help has been thorough and everyone very nice and professional.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's one thing I would like to be able to do:
It would be nice If I was able to edit the layout throughout the podcast, so I could switch in and out from fullscreen view to grid view. Right now I have to download two versions (one in Grid and one in Fullscreen) and edit them together in Premiere.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video quality. I used to use zoom and their quality is terrible.
Video editing. It makes editing so much easier especially with your text-based editing feature and AI generated clips.

Comprehensive Suite of Video Design and Production Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside has a host of tools that are used to perfect the video or audio message, a few of my favorites are the telepromptor, the individual segments to remove certain extracts, and the AI tools to enhance overall quality and experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had the personal branding a part of their free version. However, I understand the neccessity of upgrades from a business standpoint.

Time management and content enhancement for organizations and brands.
