Best professional studio for a small budget!
What do you like best about the product?
Our small church was looking for a professional solution to grow or online broadcast capabilities, and Riverside Is the perfect solution for organizations like ours that need high-quality solutions at a budget friendly price.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription service has gotten tremendously better over the past few months, but still needs improvement and requires manual editing. But I'm sure with time it will get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm looking for a solution that can help record higher quality, audio recordings for podcasting for our church and teaching series. Riverside.fm provides excellent quality that meets our technical needs while not breaking the bank.
Intuitive and well-designed platform
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside makes it easy for guests and hosts alike. It is the platform I go to over and over again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking safari integration, want the ability to blur my background
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with guests and recording efficiently. I love the AI notes/episode description as it helps me shorten the time I spend to get an episode out.

It is sooooo very easy to use, the visual effects are great,and its affordable

Some of the effects could be more customizable

This is great for turning recordings into blog content with the transcripts.
Professional content means professional tools, and Riverside is just that!
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless Experience. Genuinely one of the best platforms for reducing all video quality, stability, and issues making video calls online. Not to mention, the AI clips, transcript, and so many more of riversides features take so much of the tedious labor out of content creation! Professional content means professional tools, and Riverside is just that!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the ability to consistently place assets for instance, watermarks on shorts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside streamlines the process of scheduling, filming, editing, and producing professional content. It relieves all of the headache and growing pains associated with online content creation.
Podcast Launch
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI features that assist in the editting process. It makes it so much easier to edit an episode for my podcast and I like that I have options on how I can use AI so that I can still ensure there is a human aspect to the edits. It has been so easy to use and helpful in launching a podcast.
I also really appreciate how fast their customer service as been. the few times I have reached out they resolve the issue within 24 hours and stay in constant communication with me while they figure out my needs and how to support.

What do you dislike about the product?
I still find it a struggle to find the right mix for best sound quality episodes. Each episode seems to fluctuate and it is hard to adjust any audio settings once you are recording. I have found that often it will sound good during record or when I run a quick test but then the final edit ends up crackly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure I have seen any problems within the features I am using that need to be resolved. Their customer support is awesome and quick though when something arises.

Great customer service that includes real people people for customer suport

Their customer support can help in real time with technical issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
help solve issues with audio echo that prior to the support was rendering a recording usless, until customer support fixed the problem.
Very versatile!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Riverside because it truly is versatile. Whether I am recording a long form podcast, a TikTok video, or a couple minute YouRube video, Riverside is truly the only tool I need to make it happen. Whether I have guests joining in or recording solo, I can get the product I need out of my Riverside recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
The closed captioning and AI could use some work. There are times where my lines don't appear to make it into the transcript or get muted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Riverside has solved is recording with people who don't live near me. Being able to produce content with my siblings who live across the country and ensuring that the recording is quality is huge for me

NA - nothing to date. Everything has worked seemless for us so far.

Riverside gives us great professional tools to record multiple people in remote locations from each other. Our favorite feature is allowing individual video and audio recordings of each person . This is a game changer for editing.
